Courtyard by Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront/South

Still waiting for a refund for 8 days of Internet. Spoke to accounting almost two weeks ago and still haven't received the refund. Was charged 13 times for 5 days

It’s right on the beach and near shops and restaurants .

The hotel is amazing and the staff were so friendly.

Very good

Nothing to be like. Everything bad including staff. I booked two bed room suite which they charged me lot. Main door lock no good. Asking for room make over on 2nd day but they r so busy that why they not came. Asking for towel / toilet paper/ garbage bag they gave me 3rd day and we r leaving that day. As a Marriott receptionist evening shift so bad.

Loved the view and location! One of the beds was super squeaky and uncomfortable. Really bad. Every time I turned in bed and no support. In the lobby there was a really annoying ringing sound that the staff would have to reset or turn off.

Great beachfront location

the Ocean veiw, and the breakfast burritos. broken toilet, broken mini fridge cabinets, torn carpet, small amounts of black mold in the bathroom, , cracked and broken railing pieces, no lotion, or bar soap in the room., awesome view of the ocean if you can see around the crack heads living under a teal tent covering a bench.

Exceptional

Set up of the room was perfect. The bathroom was between the bedroom and living space so you didn’t have to go through the bedroom

All rooms have a beach view. The staff was friendly and super helpful at meeting requests for extra towels and washcloths.

Just the view of the beach Customers was smoking weed on the balcony and told staff and nothing was done plus slamming of doors all night long.

The staff were very helpful.

The location was amazing. Close to everything. Tje overflow parking garage was directly across the street. Elevators need attention. One had problems to include the door having mechanical issues and not opening. The door inside the breakfast area slammed when shutting. Quite annoying and disturbing to anyone sitting in the café area. Fix it!

Superb

Great stay with family over the 4th of July weekend. Loved the quick access to the beach and Starbucks inside the hotel. You can’t beat the location and the staff was top notch! My only con is that the breakfast buffet was not well stocked. I will stay here again.

Poor

The last time I stayed here my refrigerator in the room was turned down as low as it could go and it froze all the food I took. Could not eat it. Told the staff about it and they could have cared less. Heard other people say the same about the room refrigerator. This time my room air conditioner made so much extra noise I couldn’t sleep. If I fell a sleep it would wake me up when it turned on. Once again I told the front desk and once again they could care less. I will never stay there again!

Passable
