Having only one elevator was horrible

The property was suitable for a one night stay but I could not vision multiple nights. Logistically, planning to leave the parking lot was a nightmare. The overflow parking lot is not designed for multiple vehicles. I was the passenger and I had to be a guide for both my husband and another traveler in order for us to leave the parking lot. The area was so dense there minimum space to maneuver to leave the lot. Another big issue for me - There is ONLY one elevator - which is an immediate issue. During check in and checkout times, this was a major factor. This was another logistical concern, since we had to use the stairs to carry down some of our luggage. The breakfast area was EXTREMELY SMALL. You could see multiple guests traveling back to their rooms to eat their breakfast. The room we had was a very good size but the bathroom was EXTREMELY SMALL. There was very limited counter space for our toiletries; not enough space (unless you are traveling without females). Overall, it was clean but I will not stay there again for the reasons mentioned above. .

by the first in 20 year we found this nice/good smell and clean place! stuff and breakfast was excellent! totally recommend it!

I like it was close to the beach. I don’t like poor management skills. I really don’t like poor customer service specifically when they lie at you about simple but basic needs such as towels not being delivered to your room when you are being told it will be delivered. I don’t like having bathtub clogged and they tell you it would be fixed the same day you had to wait until when you are leaving the property. I don’t like seeing unnatended pets around breakfast room when you’re trying to grab something to eat. I don’t really like bad attitude from front desk staff asking to get stuff done because you pay for service like if you’re begging for a favor and they see you like a little insect or an alien.

I like the location, the room floor location was good, it was quiet, friendly staff. I didn't go to the continental breakfast. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. AC and heating system was good. Bathroom was clean, water was hot. Soft towels. Hallways always smell good and clean. Parking area was good. I like the key cards. I didn't like the paying for parking.

The location of this hotel is good with very close beach access. The room however was not cleaned to the standard I would expect to see. There were two dead flies in the bathroom, one on the floor and one stuck to the bathroom wall. The carpet in the main room was damp and dirty. I did not use the pool so I cannot speak on that. The gym was very small and had a strong chemical odor. Free coffee is provided but not cookies, as mentioned on a sign in the lobby. Took 45 minutes to be seen to check-in, with four parties ahead of us.

Property was well maintained, breakfast was convenient, room was clean and had good toiletries. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

I love they have pool and coffee 24/7 I don't like the breakfast, was i little poor

It was a great hotel with staff that showed they really cared. The pool was always clean and fresh towels available at pool side. The breakfast was about a 7 or 8 out of ten but always enough. The location is great only one block off of the board walk and right in the flow of shops and stores. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again next summer.

We stay there for one day vacation. cwalk to Beach only 2mins. nice👍👍
