Just welcoming staff from the door to the room…

Everything was great during out stay at this hotel. The breakfast was better than other places, the staff friendly and helpful. We will stay there again!

Staff was very helpful and pleasant beach view was great

Customer service was terrible it was 1 black female that was incompetent to understand thing. 1 black old male that was rude and 1 white young male that was also rude and sassy would most definitely not recommend to any one.

We will stay here again.

Close and walkable to everything Check in….very small check in area to pull in to. Had to sit in vehicle 20 minutes after checking in and couldn’t move to park due to un occupied cars ahead of us.

The room was really nice and bed comfortable The breakfast went down hill. No bacon, cold waffles and French toast. Eggs scrambled hard and crumbly. They use to have make your own waffles. For the amount of money we pay. Why skimp on the Breakfast.

Exceptional

Clean beach and you can rent chairs and umbrella or claim your space on the sand without restrictions. The beach is public and nobody tells you that you can’t sit here or there. Loved every minute!

Freddie was Awesome, very helpful and also recommended a very Good Restaurant to go to, Captain George's Seafood Buffet, but he didn't tell me that the price of the Restaurant was equivalent to a one night stay, just kidding Freddie. All the staff were very Friendly. I will definitely come again

breakfast options were great, room was nice, prt friendly paarking was extra and while convenient I didn't expect to have to pay the extra fee

Parking was offsite; Front desk employees were unprofessional when answering the phone or when guests were standing in front of them; Dialed intercom to front destk and the phone rang several times but nobody answered it (tried 3 times) and had to use my cell to call their general phone number. Elevator was loud, especially one of two making squeaky sound; Room is not cleaned on daily basis unless you stay for more than 3 nights; The mugs in room were not thoroughly cleaned inside.

It's a good location. Staff was very nice The breakfast was good but same food for 5 nights was really not good they need to change the food at least every other day.also the cleaning of the room you have to request for cleaning that's not goog I was told will get cleaning every other day but this is didn't happen. I like to use hotel so I can have my room cleaned daily otherwise will be like the time share. Also I find out that you have to pay for garage to park your car in the hotel
