Location We had to ask for towels, beds had sheets only no blankets we had to ask for blankets as well. Front desk staff acted as if we were bothering them when we asked for theae items. The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly when we checked in it was as if again we were bothering them

Only thing came out good at this hotel was the location Hotel was filthy rooms filthy broken toilets couldn’t get towel towels towels were dingy and dirty sheets, dirty dingy. Nothing came good out of this hotel.

Rooms need to be updated. Room was filthy. No toilet paper. Towels was supposedly be clean, look dirty. I wouldn't use them to shower with. Carpet was old and dirty. Ice machines wasn't working. Entire facility needs improvement. The rooms cost to much to be in that condition.

Kind staff, let me choose my floorand helped me switch rooms. Location to the beach, beautiful view. Television and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning. Balcony. Access to the boardwalk. Soft bed, lots of pillows. Distance to restaurants, shops and events. First room wasn't set up (no sheets on beds, no towels, no toilet paper, crumbs on table tops), and it smelled like dogs. Second room had soggy wet floors the first few days and smelled like a masked odor that intensified throughout the days so I had to leave the door open for a breeze, but then I'd return to my room smelling like Marijuana as a result of other guests smoking on their balconies. The shower water was luke warm/cold 4 out of 5 days and when warm it only lasted a few minutes. Moldy shower curtains. Little tiny ants on the balcony and in the bathroom. Loud guests 5 floors away blaring music on a speaker on their balcony late at night (11pm).

The location was fine, but the AC wasn't working in our room and they didn't have any vacant rooms to accommodate our stay. No AC for the whole weekend

Balcony Room...bathroom ceiling tile fell down. Hallway light was coming down. Construction was being done right next to our room. Paint smells, drilling and dusk was very unpleasant. We had to stay outside on balcony or outsude out of the room. The accommodations were POOR!

Listennnnnn!!! This was the absolutely worst experience ever!!! I have been traveling to Virginia Beach every year and stayed at various hotels, this one topped the cake for horrible! First they lied when I made my reservation and said we would be on the 8th floor which would have been a larger room, only to find not so. Then the TV didn't work, we had to beg for clean towels all day, the snack machine no snacks, the front desk staff needs CS training 101. The luggage carts halfed way work. The only thing good with the hotel was the hot water and the location. I know they're renovating, but like I shared with the manager, you should not have opened this hotel at all. However, I was able to address my concerns and was able to get 15% back from my room.

I shouldn’t have to ask for toilet paper, wash cloths, and towels. No housekeeping . Check in Thursday(Aug 27th). Check out Monday (Aug 31st)

This was a great location...

Not clean and my room was dirty. I found crack cocaine in 1 of the drawers. Room was not clean and no towels or wash cloths

The location and Ms Holly Majority of the staff, the fact that house wasn't available and that one of the rooms I book had a in soaked in the carpet
