How close it was to the beach. The staff and the room was not to clean.the floors were GROSS.my feet turned black after stepping on the floor after a shower.

This hotel was cool. The rooms have kitchens but you have to supply your own cups forks spoons etc. wasn't a bad stay.

The location was nice. Close to the beach in walking distance. I did not like that. I requested a bottom floor and I could not get accommodated to have room located on the first floor We got the sweet with 2 beds in the bedroom was extremely hot. Had problems with watching the t v we could not get the volume to work with the controller It was hard to get extra towels.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the towels provided had visible stains. I was so uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room that I did not feel safe sleeping in the bed. I ended up purchasing my own towels and a blanket and slept on the couch instead of the bed. That is not the experience I expected after paying to stay at a hotel. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a priority, and unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case during my stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues for future guests.

The location was great very close to the beach. The cleaning crew did not complete cleaning. I found a couple pieces of pepperoni on top of the sofa I showed the picture to the front desk staff. The bathroom didn't look clean. Parking lot was full on Saturday night. People smoking weed outside when there are families staying with kids

I did not really like much about it. The beds were comfortable. The pull out couch was not comfortable at all! The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! You have to basically fight for a parking spot the lot is so small compared to the amount of rooms they had. We stayed in suite and it only had one ac in front that did not cool the entire room. Only had 3 towels for 4 people. Went to ask for an extra pillow and they didnt have any.

For the money that we paid the hotel is outdated. Also the Hotel does not have a bathroom to offer to their guest to access while you are waiting for check in.

There was also no coffee maker or ironing board provided for the iron. The decor was severely outdated and you can tell that the owner is not interested in putting any money to make it nicer. The only upside was its location on the strip. Not a great payoff for the money I paid for my stay. I would recommend trying somewhere else if you can a comfortable stay and sleep in a bed instead of on a couch.

The location was excellent. The hotel was very close to the ocean front and allowed for quick walks and quick access to the beach. The parking was better than reviews had mentioned and its location was in the heart of the beach happenings. The ice machine was a nice perk to have. The facility was not accessible and makes it challenging for a someone who cannot walk stairs. There are no elevators. At the time of my reservation, I was asked to list any special requests. I requested extra linen and an accessible room on the first floor. Upon arrival I was assigned to the third floor and I was unsure why my requests had not been honored if I was notified via email they accepted my request. The gentleman at the desk was kind and let us change the room at the expense of a stove and larger fridge. Since mobility is more important we made the trade off. However, the shower had a dip in the tub and no safety hand rails in the bathroom. This led to a member in our party slipping and almost falling as the setup was a little dangerous. There were no mats for the shower and linen needed to be “exchanged” daily and could only be exchanged once per day. This was inconvenient and unusual. We had an addition to our party last minute and the fees we paid for the extra person felt unreasonable considering what Booking.com would have charged. However, that is on me, as I should have modified my booking online prior to arrival. Also, I surprised myself in booking a place with no pool. Also my fault, for rushing with a last minute booking.
