the location, very close to the beach and having parking available for its guests. When I made my reservation, I entered the number of guests who would be staying, which was 4 adults and 1 child (5 people total). Based on the room options shown to me, I specifically selected a room with two queen beds and a couch bed. We planned our stay around having those sleeping arrangements for our family. When we checked in, we were given a room with only two queen beds and no couch bed. This was extremely upsetting because the room we received was not what was presented to us when we made the reservation. If the room we were assigned did not actually include the couch bed, we should have been informed at check-in so that we could have addressed the issue immediately. While unpacking I called the receptionist and they told me that some rooms have couch beds and some don’t and continued to tell me my room should have one… but it didn’t. So then she said they would bring a roll over bed to my room.. waited about an hour and still noone showed up to my room. So I went across the street and asked about the status of the bed and she told me they don’t have any. I was mad because you had me waiting for something that was never going to happen and I waited in my room just in case they were to knock and make sure I wouldn’t miss them. They could’ve easily called my room or my phone number and didn’t.I asked her what could be done since we can’t get that bed and she said “It’s your call.” That response was uncalled for, especially considering that the hotel had the reservation information and knew how many people the room was booked for. The room was not properly prepared when we arrived. There was no extra toilet paper, the toilet paper already in the bathroom was half used, and there were no trash bags in the trash cans. These are basic room-preparation items that we expected to have taken care of before our arrival.

Got out immediately. Place was absolutely filthy. Had to leave immediately. Unsanitary. No mattress over. Urine in the toilet. Door wide open. Crumbs at bedside table. Stains on the mattress.

First room had flies coming out the sink, no fridge, blankets, nasty sheets. Moved to the next room, no blankets small soaps, no breakfast at this location, room was under the garage area, no sunlight, horrible experience.

Location The overall maintenance was poor the property needs some attention.

Didn’t have a room available after I had already paid and reserved one. Then the staff was very rude.

For the amount charged, I expected a much better level of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not choose this hotel again and would recommend considering other options.

I did not like , when they could not provide rooms as per my booking confirmation. They lied and told me they are providing me upgrade with extra room and kitchen. There was no kitchen. Only extra sink, and microwave. One room air conditioning was working , where as another room no air conditioning. Maintenance tried 4 times and could not fixed . One bathroom bath tub was not draining water . Other bathroom toilet was not flushing.

I was running low on toilet paper, I requested a roll, service desk told me it was going to be delivery to the Rom but it never arrived.
