For being right on the beach, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic with a late arrival and check-in. I was impressed with the number of parking spaces available at their location.

This wa s a great experience. The staff was helpful, location is great!!! It is a small hotel and it’s simple but we stayed 5 days and it was great!! I would highly recommend. Side note we have a two year old and never felt like we were disturbing anyone!!! They went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed for her too!!

The view is very nice, but unfortunately, the room isn't cozy and the cleanliness isn't very good. I feel we paid too much for what we got... it's not worth it!

This hotel had a lovely beach view and free parking.

3 floors means no elevator to wait on, share, get stuck in. Outdoor pool with few people in is very nice. Every room has a perfect view of ocean. Every room has a patio or balcony. Hotel is next to 2 Mexican restaurants with outdoor ocean view seating. It is a dated hotel with all kinds of annoyances in the rooms/bathrooms that I have been overlooking for 4 years. I’m OK with them & I sleep well most every visit. Your car is right outside your room in a parking lot that seems quite safe. The price can be unusually low at times which is the final selling point.

This was a lovely property right on the ocean. Our room was clean, the staff was wonderful and friendly, and we enjoyed an economical stay with a gorgeous view right in the midst of Virginia Beach activity and shopping. For anyone with pets, this hotel can accommodate furry visitors (we didn't have one, but like that that is an option for people traveling with their pets). The pool looked nice, I stuck my toes in, but was tired after swimming in the ocean. Thank you for a great stay!

And the bed had clean linen but it was being held together by slelving board. I wanted to ask for my money back. But I just tufted out. I hate to cause problems. But I won't ever stay there again' 😬

Nothing amazing but the ocean view

Location The room needed a lot of upgrades. The property did not have an ice machine. The bathroom had rust stains in the shower. The countertop was broken and the sink did not drain right, and the floors were cleaned. It was dusty, and the ironing board was rusty. The refrigerator that the freezer part was frozen the safe was all rusty the door to the balcony was stuck. There was a plywood on the floor on the balcony. The couch is a sofa bed and the cushions were sinking as if the sofa that was broken. The hallway is outside of the in the elements and it has rugs and when it rains, and you see that the rug is wet and all the sand the room also smelled mildewy and so did the bathroom is spelt very mildewy.

I wasn’t Happy with my experience

Rooms need major cleaning. New toilet seats! Sink was slow going down. Outdated furniture!!

This was the perfect vacation for us! From the helpful and accommodating staff to the nice room!

The hotel was very dirty. They need to take all the furniture amenities out of that room and put new furniture in there. Pick up the carpet put a flooring down because of the sand. It was dusty. All the microwave was filthy. The refrigerator was filthy. Thank God we only stayed in here one night we checked out and got another hotel the Hampton Inn, beautiful clean. We’re here now just the way we like it. Nice and clean the microwave. Refrigerator was clean. They have flooring down. The balcony is nice and clean.

Great view Dirty, definitely overpriced

No handicap elevator and wasnt told until after I booked.
