It.was close to the beach! I don’t think the room was cleaned! I wiped everything down and there was sticky red stuff on the desk and end table! Plus long black hairs in the tub! I don’t expect perfection but this was not clean!

Location. Had to cancel reservation shortly after we arrived. Wasn’t satisfied with the room. There was something about it that actually made me sick. My husband was constantly swatting flies. Bedding was dingy! Didn’t look clean. I couldn’t sleep in there.

The staff very nice. The location is perfect. The Hotel owners need to upgrade the rooms. It was a good spot for a couple of nights. Not a bad pick if you're just looking for for somewhere to sleep and shower. I spent most of my time visiting with friends and doing beachy stuff. Nice view of the ocean. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean.

The lady at the front desk was so nice, she went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had a great stay. Thank you for everything!

The view of the ocean was great The room was very nasty the ceilings were moldy and dirty I asked for a room change for the second night and never returned

The bed was okay and the location and having oceanfront balcony was amazing Disgusting room, shower, floor, the ceiling paint was peeling and fell off next to the bed the second day of our trip. Terrible maintenance on the place. Next time I go to Virginia Beach I will definitely be using a different hotel but the location of oceans 27 was great.

There is so many terrible things i could say about this hotel, i found a roach in the room, the blanket had burn holes in it (in a non-smoking room), there was multiple pieces of random human hair everywhere, bathroom was so disgusting

The only good thing I can say about this property is that it is oceanfront. This place is a "dump". The lamps had shorts in the wiring and wouldn't stay on without wiggling the cords. The ceilings were peeling, and in the bathroom falling in. The bed was not clean; the sheets were full of sand when we got in. The tub was blackened at the bottom. It was so bad that we checked out after the first night and found a different place to stay. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk, it was apparent they did not care. This experience was extremely saddening and disappointing. The only recommendation I can make is not to stay here.

It was nasty. All we did was walk in the room. It was black mold all around the ceiling, paint was coming off fridge was left open it was frozen solid, floors where nasty table had food on it. The black mold was enough that is a serious health regulation. They should be made to close the doors. Isn't handicap accessible. No elevator. Wouldn't recommend for Noone. Very disappointed.

Adaquate room. The tub was very stained but had been cleaned I'm sure. It was just a little off putting. The pool area is a little out dated and maybe needed a filter change. For the price I wasn't upset but may not choose them again.
