Awesome excellent experience oceanfront

The location was great! The staff was very friendly and responsive. However, our room was not as I would expect for this brand. The air-conditioner was filthy. Outside and the filters had a thick build up of dust and dirt. I reported it and it was taken care of immediately. But it clearly is never cleaned on the regular basis. The shower was dirty as well. Other then the lack of cleanliness everything ease was fine.

The hotel itself was very nice, the room was a good size and clean. They stock the room with your toiletries which was very nice. Breakfast was a plus and very good. We were here for a very short trip. The issues I had were more to do with the neighbors beside our room and the hotels inaction in response. The hotel is a non smoking place inside as well as the balcony. Our neighbors in the adjoining room were heavy marijuana smokers and our whole room and balcony smelled like this the entire stay. Day and night. We told the front desk. They confirmed it was accurate even had pictures from inside the room. They compensated me a little for our inconvenience but never offered to move us or move the neighbors. It was more than an inconvenience to me. Possibly because I was only here for 3 days it would’ve been to much hassle to make other arrangements. I know the neighbor was fined but it didn’t stop after they were. My husband and I usually spend a week in Virginia Beach every summer it’s about a 5 hour drive from our home and most times we rent a house. I will never waste my money on another short trip after dealing with this.

Weed smell is all over the place, sheets weren’t clean in addition to the flies all over the place which was disgusting during breakfast

This is a nice hotel for a few nights with a pretty good central location. Super convenient to watch the fireworks which was probably the most unexpected plus. Parking is a nightmare scenario with three lots and some impossibly tight spaces. Breakfast was super disappointing after reading the reviews. I can't believe how many people consider a line to push a button for two pancakes an amazing breakfast. Ability to get a comparably affordable suite was nice, but the hotel is definitely showing wear. AC system sitting in the middle of the hall for example, or a stairwell that takes you to the first floor, only to have no access to the hotel lobby, but a door outside to the trash forcing you to walk outside and back through the front door. Would probably stay again for the right price.

Great views and location. The suite was definitely worth having! Friendly staff and clean rooms. I would book this place again in the future.

The elevator carpet was filthy and raggedy. The carpet in the room was not clean. The shower had some type of dark filth that I could not scrape off. There was some type of sticky material on the ceiling. I stayed at this hotel last year and it was nothing like we experienced last week. I will be skipping this place in the future.

Fantastic location and room was great overall. Bedding was actually much better than we anticipated. Only 2 elevators used by staff and guests so they were a bit hectic in the mornings and led to prolonged wait times. Breakfast buffet was decent but a lack of seating made it problematic and rushed. Didn’t use the pool but it looked small. Parking was first come first serve with a couple of satellite lots. The one we ended up at most was a couple of blocks away.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The ocean front views were awesome. We even viewed dolphins one morning and fireworks from our balcony on Sunday night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard fare, but was very crowded and difficult to find a seat at times. We would definitely return to this great boardwalk and oceanfront location.

Great place. Staff was super helpful. View was amazing. Would stay here again 10/10
