Oceans 2700

The room was a little dated and parking was rough. However, it was only two blocks away from the beach and there was so much to do within walking distance. I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and responded timely to our requests. They do not clean your room daily so you will have to ask for linen changes and/or fresh towels. There is no elevator. Although no pets were allowed, an occupant below us had several dogs with them in the room. Thankfully they were not loud. Parking is adequate and free. The property is close to beach, the boardwalk, and 24hr restaurants/convenient store.

I have stayed here other times and not experienced the issues I experienced this time. One of the bed pillows smelled like mildew, the AC never really removed the humidity from the air so there was a layer of moisture on the tile floor, there were marker stains on the bathroom wall. The cleaning standards were poor this time.

great location, just a block from the beach. many food options nearby, friendly/helpful staff for recommendations, pool a little run down, but still pleasant.

The property is a little dated, but the location is excellent. Based on my experience, I would rate it 7.5/10. It was acceptable for my stay, but I would not describe it as very good. The towel replacement was not frequent enough. Given the high humidity near the sea, towels should ideally be changed daily. Also, there were no blankets provided, which was quite surprising, even in summer. This was my first time staying at a hotel without a blanket. I understand that humidity may make blankets feel damp, but it was still unusual and inconvenient.

Air conditioning works good the staff was very helpful and nice

Oceans 2700 was a very comfortable hotel. Just was about a 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants on the same road. The pool is very great too for customers only. Love the cable TV as well.

There was more comforter for the beds just a thin sheet

Front desk was very nice and very helpful

The pool was very nice. The room looked nice and was very clean. Couldn’t sleep with bright light outside shining in around curtains, and repetitive loud machinery noise. No deadbolt on door. No clock, phone didn’t work to call front desk, had to walk over there with a question. No elevator- ice on second floor, no liner for ice bucket. No hangers.

I saw a cockroach crawling on the floor. Disgusting!!!

Everything was amazing. Staff lady was very nice and professional. Highly recommend this hotel

We stayed 4 nights it was great. Attentive staff , short walk to beach . nice pool. I would stay here again.
