Price and location. Bathtub did not drain. Floors were FILTHY.

Room pictured on their site does not look anything like actual room. Floor (yup floor no carpet like in picture) was dirty so much so that we wore our shoes. Fridge had hair in it, tub had standing water in the center due to concaving, and nothing was wiped down. Counter was sticky, chair had grime and drawers had god knows what on them.

The color of the doors. Stay was for 3 nights total (4 days), the room was humid and moist even with the AC unit set at 68 degrees. Mold and/or rust on furniture (bed frame, lampshade, floor, desk, dresser, & desk chair) Some of the metal on furniture was rusted (desk chair and dresser handles), the bottom drawer of the dresser was broken. Bedsheets were either unwashed or stained. You could tell the bathroom had not been wiped down or consistently cleaned. A crack inside the tub and tiles uncleaned, the toilet water tank lid was chipped several ways and rusted some at the bottom. On the day of check in another woman approached us and asked if we had any issues with our room like she did. She said she had been in 4 separate rooms and each one had mold. She told the employee she was not sleeping with mold in the room and the employee told her there were no other rooms. The pool is listed to be open 9am-9pm yet was locked the entire stay. Would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. Such a dirty and health hazardous environment. ⚠️ Very disappointed in this hotel stay. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone who wants a safe and clean atmosphere.

Only coffee and juice, location was great. Staff could have been more friendly, and there was no hot water.

Nothing, just that the location was close to the event. The room was very dirty, especially the floor and the bed linens. The refrigeration has not been cleaned out; sod was spilled and not cleaned out. The tub and bathroom need some attention.

Floors were filthy; bathroom mirror and windows dirty; mini fridge top was dirty with fingerprints and caked food; staff was rude and obnoxious. Will never stay again or recommend to anyone

Close walk to shops, beach boardwalk and bars WiFi in room 126 did not work, I complained to the lady working at the front desk and she told me the WiFi is fine and has no issues when clearly I could not get access to it for my 2 night stay, front desk staff here in general was just rude and seemed like they were having a bad week, only positive thing was the cleaning lady, she was very sweet and nice.

Was very seedy looking. Photos on website are deceiving. Room was not clean - has not been washed in a long time. Unfinished tile floor in bath; wobbly electric outlets; fridge was dirty; bathroom mirror was dirty; faucets not tight. certainly will never go there again and will not recommend it to anyone.
