The Breakfast was terrible.

After reading all the reviews before check in, I was skeptical of keeping my reservation. I ended up arriving and was greeted kindly, checked in quickly, and got set up in a room that was clean. It could have been vacuumed better, but for the most part it was clean. Clean sheets, pillow cases, and towels. They allow pets and service animals so there is a lot of dogs that stay there. I noticed a lot of urine on the floors in the hallways. I had my service dog with me and was told I could not enter the breakfast area with the dog which made it so I could not get breakfast there the entire time. All in all, the hotel was decent and it was worth the money compared to the really high prices that were oceanfront. This hotel is only one street back from the water. Parking is $16 a day, even for handicapped.

The location of this place is very convenient, it’s close to the boardwalk/beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, and that is the only thing this place has. Continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. They often had cereal but no milk, cream cheese but no bagels, bread was stale and the only fruit served were apples. Only one flavor or the smallest yogurt and one coffee machine. Don’t let the continental breakfast lure you in. You do have to pay for parking $16 per day.

And hiding fee like charge for the parking.

I think Melissa at the front desk made our stay extraordinary. Very friendly and courteous

The breakfast was ok.

This hotel needs a lot of updates, the elevator was shaking a lot, the bathrooms are so small the door touches the toilet, the closet needed to be repaired, the rooms smell molded. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone EVER!!!!

The staff at front desk were terrible except for one girl. The white and black lady in the front looked like they were miserable working there and treated us and other guests as if we were a bother to them. Didn’t bother acknowledging me when I went to the front desk to check in for the first time. Their breakfast is terrible and the lobby is way too small for all the guests getting breakfast. Ran out of food and overall dirty. They charge for parking, for WiFi. The room was fine, I can’t complain. But everything else, is a big no for me.

My bedding had stains all over it had to request new sheets. There was mold everywhere and the sink was flooding.

Don’t like it

There was absolutely nothing to complain about the stay. The only thing I didn’t care for was that we had to pay for parking. Other than that the location was perfect and I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend this hotel.

Lady at the front desk sadly I don’t know her name, was very pleasant and helpful. She definitely set the tone of our stay. Room was very clean stocked with everything we needed. The pool was open and clean, the kids enjoyed it. We were in walking distance of everything so car was parked majority of trip. You do have to pay for daily parking. Will definitely book again

Everything was perfect. Clean room!!!! Except the ceiling. The ceiling was either filthy or covered in mold, but either way, it was pretty gross!

The room was ok. The breakfast was disappointing at best. Expected more than just sausage patty and poorly scrambled eggs. Especially when the webpage advertised continental breakfast.

The room clean breakfast was ok, the location wonderful near of everything stores beach restaurants 👌 💯% recommended

The elevator needs maintenance. The entrance needs to be cleaned like swepted and mopped. There’s too many pets in the Hotel coming in and out which causes and odor and a trigger for allergies for those who are allergic to pets. The room was very clean. But, our room did not have any bars of soap to shower. The trash cans were over flowing in the breakfast area. Breakfast was ok the plus was they had a couple of waffle machines. Front desk was very nice for check in she understood that I needed a pet free smoke free room due to I couldn’t cancel or get a refund once I saw pets coming in and out. Overall I would stay again.

Great renovations, and it good spot to move around the oceanfront.

close to beach, restaurants, and shopping

The front desk staff is very helpful and responsive. Ms. Tonya was a pleasure to encounter and gave us some nice suggestions upon check in. Also nighttime front desk staff was very helpful when parking issues came up. Overall average hotel but wonderful staff.
