Comfort Suites Beachfront

I didn't like the fact that the hotel had only 1 elevator the other one was not working and the room was okay but the view was very nice and the breakfast was very very good. The hotel needs an upgrade like to remodel it and fix upnthe rooms as well.

Great location with beach balcony, free parking and breakfast were the positives. Only one elevator was working, there was garbage and dirty linens laying in the hallway. They seemed understaffed, but the staff that was there was very friendly. The whole property could use a major facelift, but the room was spacious and comfortable.

Gym is run down: no towels, A/C not working properly, windows, mirrors, floors & equipment filthy. No housekeeping in room - even though a sign in the room states that rooms will be serviced upon request or if stay is longer than 3 nights. We requested it after the fourth night and nothing... Trashcans were overflowing...this hotel is on it's last leg. Won't stay there again!

Hotel was super clean and very comfortable, with very helpful staff like Judy! Only bad thing was the elevators being slow and only one of them working. Other than that no complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

Only one elevator worked. The wait was easily 10 minutes each time. Shower door leaked and the bathroom floor was always soaking wet. Only one fuzzy channel worked on the tv.

This hotel is in a prime location, which is great! Our room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very nice. Staff were very nice and helpful. Was able to get extra blankets when we asked. Breakfast was a little bare for those that need to be gluten-free. They had bananas one day and some apples the next day, but they were bruised and battered. I would love to see more fresh fruit that's a better quality and maybe some boiled eggs and bacon. They had different types of sausage both mornings we were there. Gluten-free instant oatmeal would be great. The elevators were incredibly slow and one broke down during our stay. So that left us with one elevator for an 11 floor hotel that was fully booked. Many people had to use the stairs. The small gym was very warm and had seen better days, but really, who goes to the beach to use the gym? The pool was small, but looked nice and clean, although we didn't use it. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Parking garage is quite tight, but manageable. Even with these minor issues, my sister and I had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

It was beachfront! It was awful. There was rust everywhere. It looked like it was about to fall down. Only one elevator was working. It was filthy in the halls. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and we talked to numerous people who said the same thing.

The ocean view. The single elevator. The leak that was coming out of unknown location that made the carpet to get so soaked. We relayed the situation to the front desk and we were told that their maintenance personnel will come up to check it but no one ever came.

Everything was great. The room was clean. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was great as well Nothing I really enjoyed the suit

Pool, beach view, gentleman who worked in the breakfast area. Dirty. Not enough toilet paper in each room. We booked two rooms next to each other but were separated to different floors because one room's AC didn't work. Worst part, this Elevator is 70 years old, so slow, and one of them broke, so it was operating with one.

Not enough breakfast for all guest. The whole building needs to be remodel.

Only one elevator! Had to wait 30 minutes to be able to get luggage up and down from 8th floor.

The location and the breakfast especially the gentleman running the breakfast was great! Also it was neat to have two beachfront balconies. We stayed for 5 days and could never reach the front desk by calling other than twice! We requested housekeeping twice while we were there and told we would get and never showed to which I had to send two of my oldest down to the front to get fresh towels and rags and trash bags. Also the shower leaked horrible we used a lot of towels laying in front to soak water up no matter how we moved or held the shower head we were told this was an ongoing issue with some rooms with seals. Then the elevator was a huge issue as it took forever each time. We were on the 11th floor just myself and my littles so we would have used the stairs but it was too much. There was only one working elevator and it stayed busy and full especially during check-in and checkout times which was a huge aggravation we waited most times from anywhere between 10-20 mins! We were never advised of this at check in or ever even told at checkout sorry for the inconvenience. Then our microwave was dirty idk if stained or if could have been a bit more elbow greased used but the front and where needed used was cleaned but the back of it and at top was filled of what looked like spaghetti sauce.

Great location! All of the staff was friendly! Complimentary breakfast was delicious, shout out to the chef Chris and his daughter Vicki! Elevator stayed out of order. We had to go down to lobby more than once to request clean towels due to “behind on laundry”

The staff was outstanding, consistently professional, and highly accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff and chef created a perfect atmosphere throughout our stay. Additionally the Hotel location was excellent. The property is in urgent need of renovation. Unfortunately, our room (203) had a strong, persistent odor of cat urine in the bathroom, likely trapped in the aging tile floors, which made the space feel unclean despite deodorizing efforts. Additionally, the balcony furniture was extremely uncomfortable, and the rooftop pool area lacked a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

The breakfast wasn’t terrible and the location was pretty good. The kids couldn’t connect their games to the WiFi and when we asked why the staff said it’s been that way for a while plus only one elevator worked for the entire time of the trip.

Hotel will allow you to park your car is you arrive early. Check in at 4pm is tedious, short staff, only one person in the desk and long lines. I wait for 1hr or less to check in. There is a extra charge per day for the amenities of the hotel but sincerely the facilities are so bad I not sure why the extra charge is covering. Elevator was broken only one was working so we need it to use the stairs to 6th floor with all our luggage. No cleaning crew unless is requested, trash bad everywhere because guest will leave them in the hallway. Guest restroom in the 4th floor, no toilet paper. Hotel need to hired more cleaning staff to accommodate the number of guest specially in summer time. Parking after 6pm was hard, no parking spots, after returning from our dinner we went around the parking lot several times until finally receptionist was able to let us park in one side of the ramp. Rooms had a decent size. The good thing about the hotel was the staff friendliness, specially the person serving the breakfast, he was great and very on top of refreshing the buffed and engaging with other customers. Overall, for the high price, even understanding high season is overpaid.

Perfect location , amazing staff that worked hard to keep us comfortable and happy . They will be upgrading this property soon and I can’t wait to come back
