Will not refund d you the money if you cancel even though they do sit state it on the site. Charged me the full stay even though I cancelled.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever had to stay at. Floors were Greasy and sand was everywhere. None of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were filled and even asked front desk to send in a re cleaning of the floors and to fill the bottles and nothing was done. Walls had dirt marks everywhere and sand all around the beds. Never staying again

What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation with my grandkids ended up being stressful. The first thing was the pull out couch When we pulled it out there was a urine stain on the mattress and was full of sand. Later that night we went to use microwave and it had flys and thick layer of some sort food in it. If I could have found another hotel I would have checked out. But since my grands were looking forward to a beach vacation. We ended up not using any of the utensils or microwave the whole time we were there so we ended up wasting some of food that we bought with us to save money cause the place was so dirty. And I have pictures to back this up. DO NOT STAY HERE. Ended up spending more money on food that I planned on cause didn’t even want to eat in the room

On site laundry room was great.

Loved the whole kitchen setup. The bedroom layout was really nice as well! We were able to fit our baby’s crib beside it perfectly. The location was amazing, oceanfront and near a lot of good restaurants! Staff was really helpful and nice to us. Loved how there were bunnies and ducks right outside our hotel on night. The bed was kind of hard and there were a few ants on the floor even on the 8th floor. Wished there was an indoor pool, we didn’t get to try the pool because it wasn’t in season.

Nice property right on the beach!! Wish the weather could have been better Bed was uncomfortable and room had a lingering smell; Floors have not been mopped was leaving black marks on the bottom of our socks

Oceanview Parking

It was a nice room and very spacious, the balcony on the board walk was amazing

the Property shows some aging all around but it wasn’t a crumby rundown property they did some respectable upgrades and the rooms ocean view was spectacular love that balcony as well the Room was straight it was ok. . I enjoyed myself it’s super close a quick walk to everything shopping food beach bars a nice price for what you get and where it’s at

Has a shower when coming off beach inside property downstairs. It does have 3 beds stove, fridge, microwave, sink, bathroom clean, ac worked, has a pool but not open yet. Layout is correct for room. Towels are good, shower curtain clean. One elevator that is shaky for whole hotel, 2 baggage carriers for whole hotel, parking tight, second car not allowed if traveling separately must park & pay away from hotel. Maid service provided but only showed up once during stay. Door to room is in a cubby space. Bathroom had black mold that had been on ceiling either they tried to remove or paint over. Bathroom doesn't have a working vent. Outlets on lights don't work, have to use wall outlets. Chairs on balcony are metal and hot to sit on. Pool uncovered but not allowed to use yet. One closet. Couch has no pillows, uncomfortable, Couch bed mattress a inch thick and uncomfortable. No Couch pillows had to call and go get them. Office staff doesn't follow through with what they say they will do for you. They agree, then don't do it. Big let down for a Best Western hotel and price. A resort at Myrtle Beach is cheaper with breakfast buffet provided. Will not stay here again.

The location of the hotel There was no power to the outlets between the two beds in the bedroom of Suite 206 House keeping did not clean behind the beds so there was old food, hair and a lot of dust.
