location, view The weather (no fault of the hotel). Being awakened at 4,5 and 6 a.m. for false alarm fire alarms. Then the elevator was taken off line and still wasn't working when we left.

Right on the edge of the ocean The staff was very rude and it was very dirty also gave us the wrong room would not let us change it even went as far as saying the didnt have the room we originally booked but we figured out that was a lie cause they was offering online for the same nights . I will never stay in this hotel again!!!

Have stayed here off and on for years and was pleasantly surprised that it is being kept up to date and made our say very pleasant.

It being oceanfront with all the surrounding shops, food and Ice cream places. Having a balcony to see the beach and to have a kitchen. The beds were comfortable. a lot of bad Weed/Pot smell when we were on the balcony, elevator, and out in the hallways. Bad since we had three little children. The floors could have been cleaner. We never did figure out how to work the stove but that was okay we just decided to each out.

Perfect ON THE BEACH location!!

Elevator bad, other guests no repercussions for the clouds of weed smoke, fire alarm at 0550 AM in which whole hotel was evacuated, and no pool, closed. Was clean upon arrival and housekeeping was nice.

My wife & I always enjoy visiting Virginia Beach, VA. The beach balcony was perfect for us- we love waking up in the morning having coffee on the balcony. We loved seeing the porpoises right from our balcony. We just wished the pool was open longer than Labor Day. Other hotels next door still had theirs operating. Elevators took forever it seemed to get to floors. Our experience of our last day with fire alarm going off at 5:30am was quite different. Sadly guests didn’t have any directives at first for proper evacuation of building. We were first to follow procedures as we both volunteered at fire companies & know the proper procedures during fire alarm. Perhaps there should be standard instructions & be encouraged by staff to make sure evacuation is successful in case of a real fire!

We liked being on the 5th floor, but HATED THE FACT THERE WAS ONLY 1 ELEVATOR

The door on second floor going to garage it shut us down even we not checking out yet they need fix the system for that

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, cups, bowls, dishes and a toaster; The bathroom had plenty of clean towels and even a clothes basket for your dirty clothes. I loved everything about the hotel. All the staff were respectful and kind. They were always friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. I didn't have any complaints!!!

The location was great, the accommodations were comfortable for the price. The security of the doors was very good and acceptable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette faucet was dripping (it would not completely shut off). I spoke with the front desk and they told me someone would be repairing it. I spoke with the front desk the second day to remind them, but no maintenance person ever came to the room to correct the situation. We could not use the sink during our entire stay.
