We had so many issues. Our first room was very hot. The air was not working and the toilet did not flush. The balcony was dirty. The second room, the breaker in this room kept tripping when we plugged the iron in and the were sockets the kept sparking when trying to plug phone chargers in. We did have maintenance come up and we were told to “not use the outlet.” We were locked out of our room when we returned from the beach. The batteries apparently died in the box on the door.

Convenient location, easy to get to and right off the boardwalk. They could do better at cleaning the carpets in the rooms and the bathroom tiles.

This is my third time staying here , always so clean and fresh ,friendly staff clean rooms , bathroom and clean balconies, 10/10 i totally recommend this hotel . Ill see you next year

If you need a nice place in Virginia Beach to stay, definitely consider this hotel. The room was very clean and had a great view, but there were a few minor things like the holder for the Charley lock being broken, and some plugs not working, but nothing major. The manager and most of the staff were very kind and hospitable, and the cleaning staff were also great, always providing new towels while we were away. Lastly, the location is also great, being close to the nearby pier, amusement park and other places.

Amazing oceanfront view from the room, good bed. For the price this place is hard to beat. Breakfast Buffett was ok.

It is beyound upsetting and frustrating to have to wait almost 3 hrs after checking out time to get our car. This and small jestures of staff made our family expierence terrible.
