Holiday Inn Va Beach-Oceanside (21st St) by IHG

The parking attendant placed orange cones on a parking spot and called those reserved for some celebrity. We had to park in the distant parking lot.

Dirty bathroom, toilet didn't flush properly, hair and some gross stuff left in shower floor,sliding door full of dust at the bottom of sliding doors

Absolutely loved the view! Our room was clean and spacious with a good sized couch. Nice having more than one little dinky shelf in the shower too. Comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to VA Beach.

The staff was super friendly, room was clean, view was great. The bar was a little slow and did not always have someone there, but food was good!

The restaurant was terrible and the breakfast had a poor variety of food. The building was ok but needs some maintenance at the shower doors, floors, outlets etc. overall good experience.

Clean and convenient One of tow Elevator was broken and had to wait very long time to going up or down.

We went for my birthday and had a fantastic time. The room was clean, staff was friendly and the beach view was great. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

The amenities were good. The only challenges faced were parking. Parking was tight but then again there was a festival. There was parking across the street associated with the property, Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious and had great views. Loved this property, would return and recommend. Great value.

Great location, nice staff, clean $25 dollars a day to park at the hotel you are booked at is absurd. Just unimaginable greed, it is cheaper to park at the overnight lots down the street. They make sure to surprise you with an invoice under the door on checkout day just to make it sting a little more. 3rd but last time we stay here unless something changes.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Didn't eat in the restaurant as we found it a little over prices. Many good food options nearby. Parking was tight. Would definitely stay there again.

PS Additional $25 to park your car at the hotel you are staying at? First for me. Won’t return

Staff is amazing! Room very clean and the restaurant had great pub grub and cocktails! Great value as well!
