Coastal Hotel and Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront

I enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the views. The jets flying overhead were extremely loud.

Location The person at reception wasn't friendly.

Very beautiful location

Superb

The coffee machine at breakfast and the oatmeal. The size of the room. The pool and my partner did not fit in the shower. He is 6 feet 8 and struggled

Location It was out dated and poorly remodeled. I was on the 10th floor and I could hear the heat and air unit run in the bedroom all night. That's to name a few things.

I would give excellent but what's with the showers. The water is barely warm or burning hot. Tried adjusting with no luck! Everything else was great!

Super clean… friendly staff! No complaints! No outdoor pool

Clean, comfortable, good facilities, and very kind staff The one and only complaint I can say is the pool was a bit too cold but that’s not much of a complaint. I had to think hard to come up with something. Everything was great.

Very good

Location The breakfast

Didn’t get to try the breakfast, but location was beautiful

This hotel is very well maintained and it is obvious they consider customer service to be of great importance. My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return the next time we go to Virginia Beach.

Great, friendly staff and service. Location is wonderful on the boardwalk.

Staff was nice and very accommodating The spacious room
