This was my family's second stay here. The staff is very friendly and more importantly, it is clean. This is an older property, however it has been maintained over the years. I really appreciate the space (nooks and corners) that this place has in the room where you can place your luggage and other items. My daughter left her headphones in our room when we checked out and our room attendant Lizzy made sure to have someone reach out to us immediately so that we could return and get them. The breakfast is always great too.

You're definitely paying for the location because the rooms alone weren't worth the price I paid. The location definitely made it worth it though. Walkable to everything - we used our car during our stay but you really don't have to. Breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast staff were great, but you can't take anything back to your room. Bonnie was super sweet and housekeeping was great. If you can get over the price tag during peak summer season, this place is really good. We had a comfortable stay in clean rooms with everything we needed within walking distance.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was great. The staff were so friendly. Housekeeping on the 6th floor were absolutely the best. The only real complaint that I’d have is that the indoor pool was ice cold. We couldn’t swim in it due to the temperature, which really doesn’t matter much looking at the bigger picture. Overall we had a great stay, and we will definitely consider the hotel again next year.

Their Breakfast is so delicious

it was great to be beach front, it’s affordable, and feels like a clean space which is super important. the free breakfasts were amazing and the women that were working in the dining area during breakfast 7/10-12 were angels. 10/10

This hotel was great and perfectly set on the beach but the noiseeee you could hear from your room was the worst. It wasn’t their fault everyone was rambunctious and running through the hallways late but it was insane.

Not going to lie I was scared to book another hotel online. Do to the last time the hotel was horrible. But my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. The staff was super nice clear down to the housekeeper. My two girls brought blankets from home and each brought one of their favorite Stuffies the blankets were neatly folded same thing that we were 100% not expecting. Stuffies were nicely propped on the pillow waiting for them to come back to the hotel. This is an amazing place for families it's basically a room with a small hallway leading to another room with a door. And being a parent on vacation with two kids it was nice to be able to Slide the door shut and having a little bit of privacy. And not to mention the fact that it had a balcony it was so nice to get up in the morning before my kids got up and watched the sunrise over the beach. I was surprised my husband's already talking about rebooking for next year with the this same exact Hotel. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anybody with kids or even without.

The staff at check-in was warm, welcoming and professional. The suite was clean and well maintained. The one thing that was not up to standard was the iron, it would not steam and cut off repeatedly while using. But that was not an issue because I could have asked for an exchange but never got around to it. I would recommend Coastal Hotel and Suites to anyone, couples, families or individuals I think you will fine this place to be a repeat visit.
