Room was clean stayed for a week they never came in once to clean even though we put the sign on door but they were all nice

Great staff at the front desk. Took care of TV issue when requested. Couldn’t close door for the bathroom because it was hitting the toilet and the room had a smoke smell to it. Other than that, it was a decent state for the money.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was great so was the location. Wish the parking was free but they had the best rates for our budget. Our room was clean but you have to bring your own iron.We’re definitely going to be back after the summer and holiday rates drop. We try to go at least once a month as our mini vacation to Va.Beach so we will stay here again 💞

Hotel smelled like a stale ashtray, the hotel was dirty there were numerous dead bugs throughout the room the bathroom had previous tenants hair on the wall gross do not recommend

Cons. Linen cigarette holes, filthy kitchen floor. Crumbs on carpets. Bathroom shower curtain base was brown. Staff was called to clean kitchen floor, no mop, and they did vacuum the carpets. 3/4 burners on the stove worked. The toilet bowl and frame needs to be re-bolted to the floor as it shook and made a loud clank noise. Police arrested a woman on the property our first night there, as she was propositioning men, including my husband in broad daylight. She was spewing all sorts of drama Overall affordable. Close to beach. Regularly provide clean towels and linen. Kitchenette was very useful for a family of 4.

Was unable to get connected to the WiFi. Had problems with our cable tv. The maintenance man was awesome and he did fix the cable tv for us.

It's was A ma zing two steps and you are in the water 😂 but not a far walk the people made me feel like a human with respect and parking for my Box Truck

Lady named Nyla at the front desk has a bad attitude. Can’t have an adult conversation without giving smart/slick replies. Bad customer service

I do not recommend this place, our family booked 2 hotel rooms for a vacation and both of them ended up having roaches, and I mean INFESTED they would not refund us for the remaining of our stay. The owner was very rude and didn’t care about what we had to say she simply canceled our stay and told us to figure it out. There was piss stained mattress, and the rooms including the check in office smelled awful. It was actually so gross how many roaches we saw. I have pictures and videos of everything

This place needs to be condemned. The amount of flop house activity from 9pm until 2am in the parking lot, balconies and 21st Ave. should be like fish in a barrel for the local PD. DO NOT STAY there and nevermind the constant pot and cigarette smell that “allowed in the designated area” right outside the room on the balcony that pumps right into your AC system.

You are not going to find a better deal for a room this close to the water. Very well kept up for an older property. Cleanliness was excellent and the water pressure was amazing.

Woke up to our pillows crawling with bed bugs. Bedbugs crawling on bathroom floor. Now we have to fumigate everything we brought in with us and our vehicle. Disgusting doesn’t quite cover it!
