The location was accessible, the pool was a nice size, the elevator was working, and parking was easy for one car. The price was also reasonable. Unfortunately, the property is quite run down, and our room had several things that looked like they were just about to break. For example, the showerhead was spraying water upward, and it had clearly been patched with tape rather than properly repaired. We also saw cockroaches in the room, which was extremely disturbing and made us uncomfortable. The parking situation was another major issue. Before arriving, I specifically asked about getting an additional parking spot because we were traveling with two cars, and I was told online that an additional spot would cost $25. When we arrived, we were told it was actually $50. I explained that I had already asked about the price, and while I was handling cash, the employee asked how much I had. When I told him I had $30, he essentially said that was probably enough. The entire interaction felt very unprofessional and left a bad impression. We also had an unpleasant experience when taking some ice for a small cooler with no more than 10 cans. The way we were treated over something so minor was unnecessarily rude. Overall, the property needs quite a bit of maintenance, and the customer service could be much better. I would not recommend staying here unless the low price is the main priority.

The website said that I would get my deposit of 150 dollars back. I ask the man behind the desk and he told me that was not true and he didnt know why the website said that. I only liked the fact is that its right there on the beach. I disliked everything. I paid 1400 for two rooms for 3 days. One of the staff persons got smart with my daughter and harassed her. I stepped out for a second and went to the store. She asked if they could clean pool and the man said no and started getting g smart with my daughter and when she walked away from her he followed her and said he was going to call police and whole bunch of bullshit

Didn't serve breakfast Strong cigarette smell. The pillows were stained. Every time I flashed the toilet water came out of the side of the bowl. Saturday night I got back to the room and it was no running water. I didn't got a heads up to be prepared. Too much money for that kind of place

It was close to everything. The room was nothing like the pictures, was supposed to have 2 sofa beds only had one. The sheets didnt fit the bed. Was no where to store colthes. The floors was dirty . No water pressure in the shower.

The room was very spacious. The room itself was not great. Half the lights didn't work and one the plugins stopped working do to almost catching fire. The A/C did not work well, and it was super-hot in the room. The internet was horrible and no one could connect to it.

the staff was absolutely fantastic. they were super kind and accommodating. this building definitely needs a renovation. the ceiling was leaking in several spots, the AC started leaking water everywhere too, the bathroom door didn't lock, an outlet was taped off, the stairs going upstairs are breaking, some outlets are falling out and some are taped off, the ceiling in the bathroom is sagging, and the paint in the tub is peeling. some extra issues: the furniture is placed in front of most of the outlet and there isn't one by the nightstand. I can tell just by the smell that the pool is outside of safe chemical and/or PH range. $50 for an extra parking spot. and the listing confused me because it listed a sofa bed in the bedroom section of the listing as well as the living room section so I thought there were two but there was just one.

This place is only good for those night u just need to crash somewhere. This place is not very clean, the rooms are spacious but with ROACHES!…they don’t clean those rooms well enough not even the walls they had dust accumulated on the walls. They don’t vacuum the floors from previous people. Roaches & dirty floors with food around
