EVERYTHING, beds had stains , smelled of urine mold everywhere

Location and it was very clean Building was old, no shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.

Nothing The spell wasn’t had flies in it out of date dead roaches rust on stuff bed no good water want hot all around the worst motel I ever stayed at an will never stay there again I’m pure nasty

Good location Dirty, there was leak in my bathroom. My faucet kept running

Friendley Staff Checkingin was fine. Poor up keep of room,holes in batheroom,wall bathroom sink stained with paint ,bathroom mirror stained with paint streaks.

Staff was really nice! Room was “cleaned” but there were dead roaches everywhere, no breakfast, beds werent that comfortable.

Staff was kind and helpful, pool was clean, no bugs, and room stayed cold. Weird stains on walls and shower, we had to buy Clorox wipes because some surfaces were sticky, also they don’t provide hand soap.

The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and professional. We got there early after a 6 hour carride and she let us check in early with no early check in fee. She was happy and just a really kind woman! The room wasnt the cleanest, the floors feel sticky, the sheets felt sticky, the shower/tub faucet leaked non stop with poor water pressure, the bathroom door had a hole halfway through it, the bathroom cieling tiles were gross and all messed up, there was hair on the toilet, the toilet paper hadnt been changed from the previous guests and the room smelled awful. I do not feel like it was worth $400 for the night. But it was close enough to the festival to walk and it was a roof over our heads.

The lady was super sweet in the office and I did not complain to her I will not complain. I just simply won’t go back. When I sat on the edge of my bed, the whole bed tipped a king size bed I had to make sure I stayed in the middle all night long, so my bed wouldn’t tip if I was on one edge on one side or the other. I don’t know what was up with the outlets and the lamp plugs but they wouldn’t even stay in the outlet. I had to move my lamp across the room and plug it in somewhere else not on the nightstand. There was a plunger sitting on a plastic bag in the bathroom beside the toilet. The hand towel rack beside the sink had rust and dirt all over it. There was a bucket full of water with a cup in it beside the microwave. The paint is peeling off the ceilings and the walls.

there was a stove but nothing to cook with in there, i wasn’t informed you had to bring pots and pans, booking didn’t have the right rating to pay so i had to pay an extra $20 every night i was staying there

Location was perfect… My stay here was a very bad experience. The room was not clean, and the entire place smelled strongly of cigarettes. Even the bed had a cigarette odor, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The overall cleanliness was poor. I cannot recommend this hotel unless they take serious steps to improve room hygiene and air quality i had two little kids they have to check it twice before giving it to me.

Smokey and cockroaches

Wonderful pool. Good parking. Good location close to beach but not amidst noise or chaos. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. If you need “posh”, you may not like it, but if you need a comfortable quiet place to shower and crash, it is a good and very affordable place. I stayed an extra night and would choose to go back there if I stayed at VA Beach again.

Lady at check in was very nice bathroom had a lot of stains and nothing looked clean, door hinge was broken and cut my dads arm open. went down to front desk for a bandaid and was told “I dont think we have a first aid kit here” and then they didn’t even give us extra rags to help clean up the blood so we probably just added to their stain collection…

The stuff was nice The room are dirty the restroom toilet not working. I booked three rooms. None of them not working filthy nasty. I’ll never go back the aerial dangerous. People are smoking weed on the stairs all day all night. It smell horrible. I will not recommend anybody.

The smell in the room and the air unit was not good

The room is so old and run down that I will not stay here again.
