Clean and friendly people. The pool is clean. WiFi didn’t work

Nothing The toilet clogged they had big dead roaches in the room lights didn’t work bathrooms were dirty just very bad experience.

How close it was to the beach. How the neighboring room behaved. How close i was to others when there were multiple empty rooms.

the hotel has no wifi for guests and the tub was nasty

Sheila was super welcoming and friendly. The beds feel like brick. We woke up with excessive hip and back pain. We have been home for two days and are still in excessive amounts of pain. I reached out to booking the morning after we slept in them the first night, no response. I reached out to the hotel that night, no response. I reached to booking and the company on more than one occasion, no response until after I checked out. No solution.

Honestly hesitant because of other reviews but for a place to lay your head, shower and cook it was perfectly fine. Didn’t see any bugs at all, place was clean and comfortable. Obviously a little outdated and some structural issues (towel rack in bathroom falling down a little, ceiling panel falling in a little bit in the corner) but doesn’t hinder functionality. Stayed with children and they didn’t notice any of that honestly they had a blast and could sleep, shower and eat comfortably. Even had a mini kitchen area with stove top which was nice for an efficiency room. QUIET area!!! Didn’t hear any traffic or music etc at night it was peacefully quiet. Cool AC, ice machine works great, flat screen tv, plenty of room! Please don’t let the bad reviews scare you from staying here- it’s close to the beach and quiet we had no issues at all staying here with children. Parking was great- plenty of room and easy to get to rooms. Nothing it is fine!

Location and it was very clean Building was old, no shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.

Nothing The spell wasn’t had flies in it out of date dead roaches rust on stuff bed no good water want hot all around the worst motel I ever stayed at an will never stay there again I’m pure nasty

Good location Dirty, there was leak in my bathroom. My faucet kept running

Friendley Staff Checkingin was fine. Poor up keep of room,holes in batheroom,wall bathroom sink stained with paint ,bathroom mirror stained with paint streaks.

Staff was really nice! Room was “cleaned” but there were dead roaches everywhere, no breakfast, beds werent that comfortable.

Staff was kind and helpful, pool was clean, no bugs, and room stayed cold. Weird stains on walls and shower, we had to buy Clorox wipes because some surfaces were sticky, also they don’t provide hand soap.

The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and professional. We got there early after a 6 hour carride and she let us check in early with no early check in fee. She was happy and just a really kind woman! The room wasnt the cleanest, the floors feel sticky, the sheets felt sticky, the shower/tub faucet leaked non stop with poor water pressure, the bathroom door had a hole halfway through it, the bathroom cieling tiles were gross and all messed up, there was hair on the toilet, the toilet paper hadnt been changed from the previous guests and the room smelled awful. I do not feel like it was worth $400 for the night. But it was close enough to the festival to walk and it was a roof over our heads.

The lady was super sweet in the office and I did not complain to her I will not complain. I just simply won’t go back. When I sat on the edge of my bed, the whole bed tipped a king size bed I had to make sure I stayed in the middle all night long, so my bed wouldn’t tip if I was on one edge on one side or the other. I don’t know what was up with the outlets and the lamp plugs but they wouldn’t even stay in the outlet. I had to move my lamp across the room and plug it in somewhere else not on the nightstand. There was a plunger sitting on a plastic bag in the bathroom beside the toilet. The hand towel rack beside the sink had rust and dirt all over it. There was a bucket full of water with a cup in it beside the microwave. The paint is peeling off the ceilings and the walls.

there was a stove but nothing to cook with in there, i wasn’t informed you had to bring pots and pans, booking didn’t have the right rating to pay so i had to pay an extra $20 every night i was staying there
