Breakfast was very good!!

Great staff, very attentive & nice breakfast. Would like to see renovations on the rooms as the furniture is showing its age. Worn legs, carpet with stains. Overall comfortable bed & clean room. We were upgraded without asking to a King Suite from a King so very nice to have the extra space. Definitely would stay again!

Everything was great breakfast was useful it does get busy so go early they do have a minibar in the lobby with beers and quick pre-made cocktails nothing too fancy but nice to have available till midnight. Overall great for what it was no complaints

Small room uncomfortable beds.

Only thing was no towels in the pool area. It's the second time staying here I think it's my favorite stay on the area.

The room had stains everywhere. The breakfast was terrible . Lots of kids running around causing havoc with no parents present. It was a great break but would never stay here again

The room was spacious and having a refrigerator and microwave was definitely convenient. I only stayed one night, and unfortunately I overslept and missed breakfast, so I can't comment on the food. Overall, the hotel was okay—not particularly outstanding, but not bad either. A decent place to stay if you need a comfortable room for the night. They charged $10 parking which Expedia never informed me..

Amazing stay loved everything

The 1st night we had our room downgraded due to a flooding in one of the rooms. That was a bummer. The staff really didn’t go out of the way to get us into our proper & paid for room that we should’ve had from go. The pool area had trash around it (I understand that it’s summer vacation and a lot of families stay, but basic cleanup needs to happen). One of the breakfast staff wasn’t too good a few of the mornings maintaining the flow of people. Busy times need more staff. It is what it is I guess. Overall good stay. Clean room. Good breakfast. Hyatt is a great choice.

Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. My daughters loved the pool

The hotel is a bit dated. You could hear the noise from the corridor since it is close to Legoland and lots of kids running around. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The closet location and the mirrored sliding door is awkward. The staff did not clear out the dirty towels and the trash in the gym for two days. There was no yoga mat in the gym so I used a towel on the floor and did my yoga inside the room. Housekeeping only comes every other day and the cleaning seems to be rushed. The breakfast was lacking. Food items were constantly running out. The quality of food was less than ideal. The oatmeal was too thick the first two days. The scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs looked artificial. Coffee was good. You could ask for bottle water from the front desk but not automatically handed out. Generally speaking a 3-star hotel that is only worth 2-star at most. The staff were friendly and even gave us a beer for free.

The wireless internet in my room was the best I have had at a hotel.

We stayed at the facility because we had stayed there before and had a very pleasant experience. This time was a disappointment. The room that we stayed was dirty. The furniture and the carpet were dirty. We stayed for 3 nights. When we arrived we were told that the rooms were cleaned every other day. We received no housekeeping for our entire stay. We had to keep going to the front desk to get clean towels daily. We ran out of toilet tissue. We would not stay there again.
