That said, despite the rocky start, I have to give real credit to hotel management and staff. Maria, the manager, and the front desk team went above and beyond — not only adjusting the rate but making a genuine effort to compensate for the inconvenience and ensure the rest of our stay was comfortable and welcoming. Their responsiveness and hospitality turned a frustrating situation into a positive one, and it made a real difference in how the rest of the trip went.

Location Nothing

We had to change rooms after one night because the first room was on the first floor WAS VERY NOISY. They moved us to the 3rd floor and it was quiet. Wish we would’ve known to start with.

We understand that was vacation time and where a LOTS of kids and was very ruddy and uncomfortable, it is possible that is the problem for other hotels too.

When we got to our room, we noticed a blood stain on the comforter, it was not a pleasant way to start our day. The hotel was a bit outdated, staff were friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful, accommodating, charming, professional, relaxing, welcoming, impressive, clean , exceptional, fantastic, and most important THE KINDEST STAFF! The pool, the jacuzzi, the breakfast, gym, laundry, kitchen in your room, and the location. The whole hotel is clean as a whistle, and up to date with all you could need or want! Great for families, so close to all restaurants!! The staff is what hits the homerun, my Son and I felt like we were home! Every morning a smiling face at the front door, anything you need and want from the breakfast staff, and the housekeeping staff wait on you hand and foot!! This hotel is kept spotless! My son and I will be back, and thos will be where we recommend any friends or family to stay! Thank you Marriott! You made us feel home! Katherine and Kameron

Breakfast was the one thing I liked. Ac didn't work to start staff.did get us two fans witch helped..Not a.full kitchen, no stove had plans to eat in have pizza and bake cookies for my 9 year olds birthday. Pool was.dirty even had rust and chipped lining. Jacuzzi also had dirty looking water didn't even want.to get in.

Location is very convenient, 10minute-drive to Legoland, another plus is they have free parking shared within a plaza with restaurants, coffeeshop and even a gas station. The suite is perfect for 2+days stay specially the kitchenette and dining table in the living room. One minor off for us is the dishwasher, it has rust and not well maintained.

They were able to accommodate an early check in, which was great! The roon was clean and quiet. Breakfast was hardy. I would stay here again.
