Great for families.

I was recommended & it was a great stay and staff.

2. The breakfast area is also hot and humid with no A/C or airflow. 3. Same issue in the lobby and the common area. 4. There has been only one working elevator since we have been here, with no sign of the other one being repaired. No A/C. 5. There usually is a long wait for the one working elevator.No information on if or when the broken elevator would be working. There was no information about when the broken elevator would be working. 6. The heat and humidity in the one working elevator is stifling. 7. We were told that parts to repair A/C were coming from China, and would take two weeks to arrive. 8. I find it impossible to believe that there is only one A/C unit to cool three floors of hallway, all the common areas, and the lobby. 9. Unable to use any of the common areas due to no A/C. 10. To make matters worse, on the seventh day of our eight day stay at this Staybridge, our room became infested with swarms of ants. We did not stay for day eight! 11. Extremely disappointed and expected better. Paid a high price for a horrible stay.

Checked it would check out that morning totally not acknowledging our issue. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Nice place to stay

Everything was beyond my expectations!!!

The staff were slow to respond and constantly passed responsibility to one another instead of solving problems. The iron in our room was broken. We called Room Service several times—either no one answered the phone, or we were told someone would bring a replacement “right away.” We never received one before we checked out. To make matters worse, I accidentally left a bag of clothes in the room after checking out. The next day, I called the hotel twice, and each time I was told they were waiting to hear back from Housekeeping. I only had 30 minutes before leaving the city, so I drove back to the hotel myself. After I asked the front desk to check, they retrieved my bag in less than two minutes. It was frustrating to realize that such a simple request could have been resolved immediately if someone had been willing to help. Overall, the service attitude and efficiency at this hotel were extremely poor. Paying over $400 per night for a level of service that felt worse than many $100 hotels was very disappointing. In addition, the bed sheets felt dusty, and both of us, who are allergic to dust mites, experienced irritated eyes throughout our stay. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards expected at this price point, and we will not be returning.

Front desk was friendly. We were informed that the pool was heated, it was not. The room had everything you need, except for a working knife and a spatula. One of the shower doors fell off of the track when I was showering my niece. The lightbulb in the refrigerator was dangling and sticky. Just did not have a clean feeling. Neighborhood is nice, but it seemed like random, almost abandoned, cars were in the parking lot.

I didn’t realize before arriving just how dog-friendly the hotel was, but it ended up not being an issue at all. Everyone kept their dogs on leashes, they were well-behaved, and the hotel was clean with no pet odors. One of the biggest surprises was the complimentary Social Hour on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings. They served a simple, light dinner along with beer and wine. During our stay, there were chicken tacos (only soft taco tortillas and lightly seasoned chicken), salads (lettuce, cucumber, tomato) mac and cheese, and broccoli. It was a wonderful perk that made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, omelets or biscuits and gravy, fruit (melons, grapes, bananas, apples), bread (wheat, white, blueberry bagels, everything bagels, plain bagels, muffins), Greek yogurt, make your own waffles with toppings like strawberry and grape jam, whipped cream and syrup. There were three types of coffee: dark roast, medium roast, and decaf. The coffee was actually really good! Usually I make my own but this time I didn’t feel the need because their’s was so good. They had liquid coffee mate creamer in three flavors along with mugs or to go cups. There were also juice and soda machines with plenty of options. We would definitely stay here again!

We will definitely stay again. The outdoor fun for the family is amazing. The staff was beyond wonderful. Breakfast was great (wish it started just a little earlier 7:30 was cutting it close when we had to be an hour away by 9 but it still worked out) the front desk lady in the evening was so very helpful and kind and the amenities are fantastic. We were very happy with the size of the room and cleanliness. This is a great stay. We had 7 people from ages 4-33 and every person had a great time there.
