Our stay at this amazing B&B totally exceeded our expectations! Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and the champagne bubble jet tub was a super pleasant surprise! A great breakfast was served by the hosts who made it feel like having a meal with friends. They are both so friendly and obviously take great pride in what they do. I could never recommend it enough!

It’s quiet, clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. They keep u updated on any possible inconveniences (example wifi) and resolves them quickly. Their response time to assist u or bring u som u need is remarkable! Very fast. NA

Nice place amongst the Texas cedars and near the creek. Just a nice place to get away from the Waco bustle. We're from Iowa, but also know the area very well as we once lived in the area and I attended TSTC. Kids were born in Temple and Dallas. Great host, very clean even though surrounded by nature. We loved talking to the host in her great house! I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Just off Busy Interstate 35, yet a quiet and peaceful restorative envirnment. We enjoyed our walk along the river. The room was comfortable. It had a large bathtub with spa jets, not a hot tub as booking.com suggests, that was great. Breakfast was amazing. Owners very friendly and many of their guests return regularly. No complaints.

it was quiet and relaxing. Our room was so nice and elegant. I liked that there were a few kitchen items. Each porch area to each room had its own special and unique set up. Everything was great! I highly recommend staying here c Can’t think of anything !

Every single thing! Even our little outdoor kitty! She was always waiting for us. Breakfast was wonderful! Hosts were more than exceptional! Beautiful location! Close to all the best of Waco!
