I have never wrote a bad hotel review in my life even if I didn’t really enjoy the stay, but I will have to say something on this stay because it was so bad. We booked this hotel so we could stay for my sister’s wedding. We had to change rooms twice. The first two smelled like cigarettes and cat pee. The third one smelled clean, but there was sticky drink or something all over the foyer floor that I had to clean up. Not what you wanna be doing after a 5 hour car ride. The bathroom curtain had definitely never had been cleaned or changed and the shower made a high pitched screeching noise. It was so loud that it woke up my kids when I took a shower in the AM. Then we had to endure the screeching with each person who showered. Not a pleasant way to start the morning. My elderly Grandmother chose a king room to herself also in the same hotel and had to have hers changed because when we walked in the bed was unmade and trash was on the floor and the ironing board and iron was out. It had not been cleaned. They changed her to a double room and it smelled terrible like cat pee as well, but she was too tired to move to another room so she just endured. To top it off my kids were excited to swim. That’s why I chose this hotel, because of the indoor pool. We were informed that the pool was not open and would not be opened for the duration of our stay. The kids were so disappointed they cried. It was a horrible stay and I can’t believe we had to pay almost $200 for one night for it. I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels for much less. I usually am happy with holiday inn. I cannot say that this time. We will not be returning. I will say the young man behind the counter was really nice, but that did not make up for the poor conditions.

Overnight stop during our vacation up north. Hotel was convenient and in a good area for shopping and dining. Young lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful, but the other staff almost seemed that it was a bother to them when I asked a couple of questions. Overall it was a good hotel and a good overnight stop for us.

We enjoyed the property. We liked their breakfast. We stayed for September 16 through the 18th and they were short of washcloths. We were able to get some the night of the 16th but the night of the 17th there was no more.

The swimming pool water did not look clean.

I didn't like my room it had bad smell I told the rep lony she didn't cancel my room

Great breakfast I did not like being charged and extra 50.00 yo cover possible damage to your property. I had prepaid in advance for the room. Then my wife tells me they ran another $50 on check in. It’s a bit offensive.
