Nothing. They took money off my bank card asap of the booking, then hit me with $195 in extra fees at the desk. (Non refundable booking and non refundable extra fees). The AC did not work, the furniture was stained , I stripped the bed and put sheets on it that I bought, their sheets were stained. A broken microwave was left plugged in ,in the room with a 2nd microwave placed on the counter. I bought cleaning supplies to mop the floors and scrub the counters. The area is gang activity area, theft and constant loud people outside my door. Everything about it was the worst stay ever. Non refundable so I had to stay.

Need update furniture. Iron didn't work, no extra blanket nor for pullout coach. Had to literally walk down 3 flights to walk past 3 buildings to get to office to receive. No body soap. No hand soap smh ? FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Convenient location. Nice and spacious rooms. The staff expected me to keep a 4 year old and a 2 year old toddlers quiet on the upper level. I suggested that when guest make reservations and include small children, they should house them on the bottom level.

Place was nasty didn't look like it had been cleaned in awhile furniture looked like it came out in the 70s woke up with bites both nights I was there didn't bother to stay the third
