Quality Suites Waldorf

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. The only downside was that some of the advertised amenities weren’t available during my visit. Overall, it was a good experience, and I hope the amenities are fully available next time.

I have family that lives in Waldorf and I will never stay in this place again and will discourage anyone else not to!

I am honestly embarrassed to have ever selected this hotel. Of course the area in which this hotel was located was ghetto, poor and run down. If you can not fix the area, at least improve your hotel. I suggest you close this hotel immediately. It is a disgrace to your company name. Sherri Tull Hubbard

Shower only had hot water and the AC didn't work. Maintenance said they fixed it but the did not. Left one night early because it was unbearable.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly Lobby hot, stairs did not appear to be swept. Let alone mopped. Ice machine not working. No phone in room? The room had not been supplied with enough wash cloths/ towels/ toilet paper for my stay. My daughter was asked to go to housekeeping location to get toilet paper. Breakfast was mediocre. I was told to go to nearby Wendy’s to get ice. Online it says there’s a pool/ hot tub. But i didn’t see that either were operational.

Maintained. The hallways as well as the rooms stink- I used so much Lysol and air fresheners to be able to stay. I brought my own sheets and pillow cases and the mattress was horrible. This place needs a major overhaul and I will not be back. You get what you pay for!!

This was the worst didnt even stay dirty sheets small pillows not enough linens eberything smeared like not even cleaned. It was musty muggy and hot. The pictures and review have done nothing for this horrible experience. Staff rude and not helpful just walk by ignore you. Very upset drove 4 hours for a motor cross championship just to drive all the way home with a 9 year old and 16 month old at that. Very disappointing.

Nothing There was bugs crawling on the floor and on the bed, the room smells like smoke. The bedding was unclean and the towels were yellow color and not white. The headboard had hand prints from previous people who stayed. People standing outside smoking at doors. The tub drained very slow.

Didn’t eat breakfast or use laundry but staff was great and the hotel was clean

It was filthy. There was a roach crawling on the floor. The bed smelled of urine. The floors were dirty. The refrigerator made a humming noise the entire time. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk if you needed to. The couch was stained with lord knows what. Clogged up sink. The furniture was old as if they found it on the curb. They didn’t even try to repurpose it. We arrived at the location and the manager was on the phone cursing while checking us in. We dropped off our bags in a hurry to make it to our event therefore we didn’t inspect the room. We returned at almost 2am. When we checked out I told the manager on duty of the roaches the loud neighbors and the conditions of the room. He said well you should had checked the room. I don’t think that there is a clean room in the whole building. He never offered a a percentage off the bill or any type of compensation. I even showed him pictures of the roach and the condition of the room. I pleasantly left and went to the Spark to book a room for the remaining days of my trip. I wish I could load the video I have Filthy, ROACHES. Loud neighbors, unconcerned staff, no parking, abandoned cars in the lots. It was overall a bad experience. I’ve never seen anything like this in all of my travels.

The price Bathroom still had hair in it the pillows on the bed was flat tv remote wasn’t working too well breakfast could’ve been better

Blood on door, dried up commit on floor, bodily fluids on bed. The smell of pot as you near the front lobby, after entering the lobby the pot will get you stoned. The staff are thieves. I refused the room and they made no effort to give me another room or refund. I had to get another room 15 miles away Everything! Was like the twilight zone and a murder scene mixed into hell. I tried to load detailed video with black light but wouldn’t load

During the visit, the property look good in the beginning, there were bugs coming out of the electricity sockets. Later that day when I ask the staff for another cloth and towel, he told me that there weren’t any more and that I would have to wait until morning. Not to mention, he made me sit there and wait for three minutes while he counted and recount his money, Will not be staying again.

didn’t like anything at all it was overly dirty, bath tub trifling, bed dirty, floors cracking , a men outside looking in the windows being creepy it was a 0/10

I didn't partake of the food stuffs and the location was good. Besides the timing of the stay with so much construction and destruction to property with no angst to staff yet, busted windows and facilities led to this reply

The front desk employees did the best they could with what they had The room,atopmesphere,nothing worked broke ice machine,pool not set up,bath room door wouldn't shut, roaches,door to the room extra security lock broke, smelled like cigarettes,1 towel....

The only thing I liked about the property was its location. I stayed in Rm 205 there was blood on walls in the bathroom, stains on the couch, no chair to sit in, the light bulbs were out in 2 lamps and next to HVAC unit had not been swept or mopped before my arrival

The water smelled. You have to run it for a little while for the smell to disappear. The towels were dingy and stained. Bring your own. You had to go into another hotel across the way for ice. The staff was excellent but the smelly water and towels were disgusting. I guess you get what you pay for because it's priced well.
