Quality Suites Waldorf

The staff was rude. The owner or person at the front desk was off putting. We put down a $50 cash deposit and I never got it back on my card. Room 219 is COVERED in roaches and we told the front desk they wouldn’t move mine and my friends room. The lamps had holes in them and there was a hole from the closet into the shower. Shampoo & conditioner bottles were ripped off the wall and not filled. The pool was under construction and the hotel was musty and smelled. Also I left my toiletry bag in the hotel room and didn’t want to take it back home because it was hanging on the door and the inside was infested with roaches.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stay in. Stain on sheets, towels, etc. The couch was ripped up and strain, poor attempts to fix flooring, window and doors not secure. It was very creepy.

It was the worst hotel I have ever been to, the pilots and blankets were literally black of how dirty they were and the whole place smell like Marijuana, disgusting place

The Hotel should be torned down and rebuilt Total Remodeling Needed.

I booked an accessible, double queen room through Expedia. I called a week before our trip to determine whether the room was truly accessible. Lady who I talked to told me the room was not accessible. Was put in an accessible King. Bathroom had roll-in shower but no shower curtain and no shower bench (I bought one from Amazon and brought it with me. Good thing I did), nor anything to hang the showerhead on, and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. There was no hanger on which to hang toilet paper, just the piece that's screwed into the wall. I had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper because there wasn't any when we checked in. There was no smoke alarm, just the wires hanging down from where it should me mounted. I told the front desk about it, but nothing was done. The lobby was hot and muggy; perhaps the air wasn't working in the lobby, but the front desk offered no apology or explanation for why. The guest laundry and ice machine were out of order. There were weeds growing outside our window, and siding materials and an old gutter were laying there. The Thursday we checked in, I called 9 times to ask a question. I got to ask my question twice and it was never answered. The other 7 times no one answered the phone. I expected better from Choice Hotels. Probably not going to stay at another (not)Quality Suites.

No AC in lobby & hall ways

One of the locks on the font door was broken and the other lock was not that secure so we put the coffee table underneath the door lock because it was loose. The towels were old and a little tattered and they didn’t give you enough of them . The cushions on the foldout bed were stained and just nasty Also, the pillows and the covers were stained as well as the linen on the bed stained. There really wasn’t anyone at the front desk most of the time and when we checked out, there was no one there so we left the keys at the front desk

Tv wasnt working as well as the microwave and non smoking room and next door had our room smelling like weed all noght

The pictures on the website are not what you get when you arrive. the staff is not friendly or helpful at all. The hotel is dirty and not maintained. No amenities were provided. Worst hotel i have ever seen. WIll not be back again.

Sheets had so many stains. Pillow cases and spots on them. Immediately saw roaches in the room

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. The only downside was that some of the advertised amenities weren’t available during my visit. Overall, it was a good experience, and I hope the amenities are fully available next time.

I have family that lives in Waldorf and I will never stay in this place again and will discourage anyone else not to!

I am honestly embarrassed to have ever selected this hotel. Of course the area in which this hotel was located was ghetto, poor and run down. If you can not fix the area, at least improve your hotel. I suggest you close this hotel immediately. It is a disgrace to your company name. Sherri Tull Hubbard

Shower only had hot water and the AC didn't work. Maintenance said they fixed it but the did not. Left one night early because it was unbearable.

Maintained. The hallways as well as the rooms stink- I used so much Lysol and air fresheners to be able to stay. I brought my own sheets and pillow cases and the mattress was horrible. This place needs a major overhaul and I will not be back. You get what you pay for!!

This was the worst didnt even stay dirty sheets small pillows not enough linens eberything smeared like not even cleaned. It was musty muggy and hot. The pictures and review have done nothing for this horrible experience. Staff rude and not helpful just walk by ignore you. Very upset drove 4 hours for a motor cross championship just to drive all the way home with a 9 year old and 16 month old at that. Very disappointing.

Didn’t eat breakfast or use laundry but staff was great and the hotel was clean

During the visit, the property look good in the beginning, there were bugs coming out of the electricity sockets. Later that day when I ask the staff for another cloth and towel, he told me that there weren’t any more and that I would have to wait until morning. Not to mention, he made me sit there and wait for three minutes while he counted and recount his money, Will not be staying again.
