Food okay Charged extra day because we went through booking.com, had to change suite because tv remote bad.

I booked a double bed ,got to the hotel they didn't have my room ,or no double bed rooms available, so I went to sleep on the pull out sofa and the shots were real dirty . So I just sleep in my car and gave my sister the bed

The hotel was functional for a short stay, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. Despite the hotel being advertised as 100% smoke-free, there was a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes throughout the property. Even the pillow in our room smelled like cigarette smoke, to the point that I slept with my head facing straight up because I didn’t want my face touching the pillow. The bathtub looked old and worn, and the bath towels did not look fully clean or white. I’m not sure if they were stained or simply worn out, but they did not give the impression of being fresh and clean. I didn’t personally try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it from experience. A friend who did try it said it was a basic continental breakfast, which is fairly normal for this type of hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from what I expected. The overall experience was disappointing, and I would encourage anyone considering staying here to do their research and carefully consider other options before booking. There were several issues during my stay that made me uncomfortable and took away from the experience. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall, causing the curtain to not stay up and getting water all over the floor. I asked the Housekeeper to change my sheets, instead she left everything on the table for ME to make the bed after she stated she would do it. The condition of the property, the level of service, and the way certain concerns were handled were not what I would expect from a hotel charging guests to stay there. And dont park in the GM's parking space(which I wasnt aware of), they will send the front desk clerk to ask you to move your car. I’m sharing this review because I believe potential guests deserve to know what they may encounter before spending their hard-earned money. My experience may not be everyone’s experience, but based on what I personally experienced, I would not choose to stay here again. If you decide to book, I strongly recommend inspecting your room carefully upon arrival, documenting any issues immediately, and addressing concerns with management before settling in.

This was one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at. When we arrived we were nervous to leave our car in the parking lot because there were so many men standing alone outside the hotel smoking. We had booked a room with two beds on a Friday afternoon and when we arrived on Saturday night after 10 PM we were told they had no more rooms. They said there was no way to contact us because we'd booked the room through Expedia. Stunned at this news, I explained that we'd make the trip to that part of the state for our 9 year old's early morning soccer game. It was past her bedtime, and we needed to get her to sleep. The attendant explained that they did have one more room available but it only had one bed and a jacuzzi. I said that so long as it was a king size bed my husband, my daughter and I would make it work. When we got inside the room we noticed there were no blackout curtains, which would have helped block out the noise from the parking lot as well as the sunlight in the morning. That might have also helped disguise the black marks along the ceiling and the missing smoke alarm. In the bathroom we also noticed mold in the shower and a missing hair dryer. There was also no iron in the closet. When we accidentally took the elevator upstairs in search of the breakfast lounge, we discovered it smelled like urine. We will never stay at another Wingate by Wyndham and I will think twice about booking another hotel via Expedia.

It was nothing like the pictures. There was roaches. The room smelled like time. The shower rod was poorly secured in the wall and the front desk said all the rooms are the same, even the suite he was staying in. I would not recommend this place.

It seems like the property had recently changed owners. The exterior had a new coat of paint and the bathroom looked like it had new fixtures. The bathroom had a good supply of clean towels. Overall, it could have been cleaner, but it was tolerable. The elevator smelled slightly of urine and cigars. The parking lot had some serious potholes and needed to be resurfaced and repainted. If all you want is a bed, a bathroom and a shower, this will do.

Nothing. I was very uncomfortable Unfortunately, my experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The hotel was not what I expected based on how it was represented on the booking site, and the condition and overall environment of the property made me very uncomfortable. I documented what I experienced with photos, including the condition of the property and the activity I observed around the hotel. I contacted the property and requested to cancel my reservation, and I was told that the reservation could be canceled without penalty. I also submitted a complaint through the booking site. I was later notified that the booking site had contacted the property for a response, but the property had not responded. At this point, I am still waiting for my refund. I have provided documentation and photos of my experience and am simply asking for the refund that I was told I would receive. I would strongly recommend looking at recent reviews and asking questions about the current condition of the property before booking.

The lady at the front desk was nice. That was it I didn't even stay at the hotel. I had to get a refund because it was someone already in my room Worst experience ever I will never book at this hotel again. I can't suit my room and went around the corner to the Hilton garden.
