Parking lot looks crazy, broken down cars everywhere, overall curb appeal is not good. Hard to get rid of the smell of that building out of our clothes.

I love that it had a Jacuzzi inside of the room, but there was some stains on the walls. But overall, it was pretty OK. I did do some cleaning of my own.

The room was clean, but our room was missing a whole light by the bed, and we were unable to use the window shade.

The person behind the desk had her friends hanging out in the lobby as she helped customers

The building was good looking, the parking lot is in disrepair, but construction is going on presently. The room was comfortable, but the lights around the bed are missing ( no reading lamps ) only one lamp in room, no light on desk. Breakfast was ok, the staff is friendly.

The night manager is nothing short of horrendous! The property changed my reservation without telling me. When I arrived to check in my double room with handicapped accessibility was not available . The manager who refused to give me his name kept insisting that I take the King room with hot tube. Stating he “knows what type of person I am.” He refused to talk to the Expedia rep when he called for verification of refund. At serval points he refused to address me even riding through the parking lot on a scooter like a small child. It was so bad I almost called the police on him.

There were mini complications upon my arrival. No key cards the ENTIRE stay & charging me twice, due to their error. Disregarding that, the front desk staff member was very accommodating. He was very patient with me & my plus one. Overall, a great experience. I booked the jacuzzi room. I must say, I just might book again. No complaints about the room. No complaints about the staff, they were very understanding. 7/10 review, if I had a key card & wasn’t charged two amounts it would’ve been a 10.

The biggest issue was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, especially on the second floor. Although the property is advertised as non-smoking, the odor was so strong that it gave me a severe headache. The first room we were assigned was also not very clean, and the smoke smell was unbearable. To make matters worse, the phone in our room did not work, so I had to walk back downstairs to report the issue and request a different room. The front desk employee was reluctant to help and insisted there was no way the hotel or room smelled like smoke because it was a non-smoking property. I even suggested that he go upstairs and smell it for himself. Eventually, we were moved to a room on the third floor, which was noticeably better, but the experience had already been ruined. I was especially disappointed because the hotel's online photos and the positive reviews I read were the main reasons I booked this property. In reality, the hotel did not reflect the pictures or the expectations that had been set. The smoke smell was so overwhelming that I had to buy headache medication during my stay because my head was throbbing. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

I booked for my family. The room we booked was sold out so the hotel accommodated by giving us another room. Once we got to the room, it was horribly upkept. The couch bed mattress was filthy, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and stains covering the carpet. I have 5 small children, 3 of which have asthma. We left immediately and I'm really upset because I did not receive a refund

I had the jacuzzi room and it was fantastic . Room was clean and spacious. Staff was awesome.

The staff was very nice and kind, however the property needs some serious upkeep. I can tell that the cleaners do a good job, but because everything is worn down, it makes the place look dingier than it is.

Bathroom had no toilet paper. Shower door close. Dirt on walls. One soap for the shower and sink. Nowhere to put the soap while in the shower. No trash can in the bathroom. Room didn't have working phone to call housekeeping or the front desk. The one trashcan in the room was torn up by animal? Toilet seat cracked on both sides. Parking lot dirty with trash, curtains had white STUFF on them. Remote control had blue tape as a cover. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. Floor was dirty everywhere. Floor didn't seem vacuumed. It should be shutdown. Mold around shower floor. I'm sure you get the point.

Place was overbooked. The third party service Expedia took my money and hotel didn’t accommodate for the their error of third party accuracy

The hotel was terrible, the rooms were filthy nasty.

First room had a broken shade. Second room had roaches. Killed those looked for a laundry because I had already prepaid plus 100$ deposit on a nonrefundable room. Laundry is broken, no ice bucket in room and all ice buckets were out. Friendly staff but hopeless in the building.

I had a great stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean from the lobby to the room. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and I would definitely stay here again.
