The room was dirty. It had stains on the wall. Bugs on the wall. The shower was dirty. The room needs cleaning and updating.

I walked in and walked right back out. This place is nothing like it is advertised on the website. Beware of booking this hotel.

The parking lot was filled with pot holes. There was breakfast that was a basic egg, sausage, and bagel with orange juice or apple juice. Staff mentioned that all the rooms had shower curtains that were falling, even the suite. Staff said that they nail up the curtains so that they stay open and add deeper nails in the rods so that it stays up as well.

If you are staying on the 1st floor the back door that leads outside does not lock so anyone can walk in. Mirror was broken. Bathroom didnt gave any toilet paper. Around thr property isn't clean. But you get what you pay for

You’re getting what you paid for. Staff are wonderful however the rooms and bathrooms you can see the mold growing on the walls, the sheets were dampened.

The location near shopping mall. The hotel was Dorita. No blankets. No linen. Sink stopped up, toilet backed up; telephone did not work in room, no maid service. Manager explained that towels were on order for 2 months. Manager noted many rooms did not have phone cords. Manager gave two footed sheets to use instead of blankets. Manager explained the franchise owner was aware of problem but has been unresponsive. I checked out after 1st night. Was told I could not get check out paper because I paid in full with booking.com who had to do paperwork to canel my reservation. Cana is smoke vapers everywhere in bog and lobby. They would not give me anything said I had to go back to booking.com. So far all my texts, online request from booking.com unanswered! Please help me get my refund for this booking. I have been a loyal customer.

Nothing very disappointing Property was very poorly bathrooms broke tile, tub wall tile broken with tub stains. Cleaning staff not good. Property smells.

Ice cold air conditioning The entire place was dirty and run down. Floors in lobby as well as hallways were dirty. Hallways upstairs had a bad odor. Bathroom in room had molding caulking all around the shower and tub. Lighting in room flickered. Clock in room kept changing the minute every second so I had to unplug it. Breakfast was horrible. Watered eggs and sausage pattys a gallon of milk and cereal. Staff spent more time outside smoking than inside the hotel. I didn’t get a fresh towel out of a four day stay and didn’t get the room cleaned or anything the entire 4 day stay.

I love the staff they help accommodate me to another room when needed It a mold on the walls and tub i had a leak in my sink

The first room I was put in had mold in the room. The second room they put me in. I believe had bed bugs so before I bring my clothes home I gotta make sure I don’t have bedbugs. Very terrible hotel and I am very disappointed. You should not recommend this to anyone.

I called to confirm the room & they “didn’t have a room for me” even though i had a confirmation number and everything, i won’t be trying to stay there again

Please do not stay at this hotel. It is for homeless peoples and transition peoples. The rooms are nasty. I did not stay at this hotel. The rooms are dirty, nasty and smell like mildew you got people standing out in front of the hotel like they stayed there. I did not know that when I booked this room do not book this hotel horrible. I left immediately.

The roomed smelled of mold and mildew the second you walk in. The room had stains of mold on the walls . Also roaches , roaches in the refrigerator, bathroom and the beds . Who do I contact about refund?

There were roaches in our hotel room. The room in itself wasn’t clean. No one came to clean or tidy up daily so we had to leave our trash outside the door for them to pick up. Staff were not really helpful. I was in need of extra sheets & they stated they didn’t have any to give (which I knew wasn’t true). The only pro is that they had breakfast but it was the same thing everyday. You honestly get what you pay for. Believe the reviews that you see & the rating of the hotel. If you have the money, I’d seek other options.

Dirty, filthy, nasty. Nothing worked. Rooms was not properly cleaned. People hanging outside as if they live there vs a hotel stay. Bathroom was nasty. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean my room. Do not stay.
