All of the staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. My schedule had changed they they worked with me and my check-in. Breakfast was tasty. Room had basics that are needed, and the bed was comfortable. Area was quiet for sleeping. I had my kitty with me and was thrilled I could bring her there. A very pleasant stay! I feel like they took good care of me and I will most definitely stay again!

I have tall boys, they were wishing the pool was deeper than it was. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The night clerk was unprofessional looking and was dressed just like a homeless vagrant person. Guests were put in a room #101 that was still under renovation from being trashed from the last guests that were in that room. The Air conditioner failed to keep the room cool. The room #101 was like living in a sauna the entire time and smell like a utility closet that was used to keep chemicals in for cleaning the hotel. The Day manager had informed the guest that the night clerk shouldn't have put any guests in that room #101 at all because it was still under renovations from being trashed from previous guests and that was the worst room in the hotel. The continental breakfast was subpar , and poor at best. Management didn't even ask how the guests were doing or how the rooms were , or if everything was okay.

Very pleasant hotel, clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful - even let us check in when we arrived at 11:00 am (that is unheard of!). We saw the Jelly Roll concert at the Wine Country Ampitheatre which was just a few blocks away. Would definitely stay here again!
