Loved our stay. The bed was very comfy and the pillows were soft. We slept like rocks. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL.

Great location in downtown Walla Walla. Enjoyed a good meal in the bar with excellent wine. Quiet room with comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing hotel and one I will always try to stay in for now on if I'm in the area. The staff was excellent giving us ideas of where to go and things to do within walking distance. we upgraded to the old hotel tower and couldn't have been more happy with our accomodations. We are my birthday dinner in their restaurant and had one of the best meals I had in my entire life. I could recommend this place more.

Only recommendation is they put microwaves in rooms. Can’t warm up coffee or anything else. Also the elevator in our wing is small and slow at busy times. Took the stairs more than once when we did not have the room to get on.

Everything about our stay was incredible, from the hotel ambience, to the staff to the bar/lounge area, to the grand hotel lobby with it's historical feel. The only thing I may have liked better was to have creamer in the room for the "pour over" coffee which I loved.

The restaurant in the hotel is trash. Service is terrible and the food is gross. Cocktails are fine, if you don’t mind waiting forever. Hotel is great - but I’d recommend eating and drinking elsewhere.

Clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorative hotel. One comment - needs handrails and/or non-slip surfaces in showers.
