We loved our stay here! Our room was very cute and comfy, modern but also timeless decor. Staff were very helpful and friendly, easy parking available, walkable to downtown and super convenient. We received credit to use at their restaurant with our stay and had breakfast in the morning and it was spectacular! We loved our time and hope to stay again.

Overall excellent, beautiful old historic hotel. Well maintained, excellent staff and great food and drink with service to match. You can't go wrong here. Also, location is close to everything you would want to go see and do.

Room service didn’t do our room unless we asked and the shower head was horrible but everything else was great

The historical nhotel is gracious and convenient. The downtown location gave us a great chance to exploit Walla Walla on foot. We were minutes away from great food and of course many wine shops. nothing

This hotel is in the best location to visit local shops and wine tasting rooms. Free convenient parking is available Rooms were spacious. Nice people

Never heard back from staff on request even though they confirmed before my arrival, then my room was changed from what I paid for and then there was garbage inside room never cleaned and food wasn’t great and they said they have in room dining but later told they don’t

It was a great spot for a group getaway. Each couple had their own room and then the lobby was perfect spot to plan the day.

Shower, tub and sink all had hair in them, and the dressers tops weren’t clean either.

Breakfast was awesome, glad I saw there was a $15 breakfast credit that wasn’t disclosed by staff and would of been double tipping. Better service in the bar area. They served the people sitting at the bar (only 3) There was 8 of us and it took 15 minutes before they came to our table. We were only table in the bar area.
