Our suite was very spacious. The kitchenette includes a dorm-sized fridge and microwave, ice bucket, little coffee maker, and two wine glasses. The front desk staff (Anna Grace) was very helpful. Housekeeping is supposed to be every other day, but they did not make up the beds when they visited our room for one time during our trip (although they did refresh towels and empty the garbage, which was much appreciated.) This hotel is walkable to a lot of downtown Walla Walla restaurants and shops.

Also the staff were friendly but seemed like they needed more training. We needed to make changes with our check out date due to flight delays, we needed an extra night. At check in, the Front desk worker couldn’t give me a definite clear answer of the Room availabilities. It sounded like they were holding rooms for people coming in town for a concert. Unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate us an extra night. It’s unfortunate because we had to book at a diff hotel for our last night.

Did the job for a short stay. Had decent amenities but didn't access them all. Close enough to downtown and plenty of parking.

The staff were very nice, it is a good location, but not walkable to downtown, also no good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast closed very early.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and I have been pleased every time I’ve stayed. It’s very clean, very quiet and it is centrally located to downtown Walla Walla. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

Everything was real good and I'd stay here again...however 2 things could be improved upon....1st: since there was no housekeeping in between the 2 nights we stayed ( I could have requested but didn't...I try to re- use) it would be nice if a few more paper cups were available in the room for morning coffee from the in room keruig ( we re - used 1 cup...shared for our second day ...not the end of the world but prefer a clean cup) and #2 it would be nice to have lotion available in the large multi use pump format as the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash....the little separate one provided is barely useful.I did request 2 extra pillows when we checked in and they were delivered promptly! A/C worked well. Liked the spacious room and couch. Overall a very good stay!
