We checked in and they told me my reservation was canceled. They attempted to charge my card one day before our arrival and it was declined. I made the reservation months in advance for concert and had since received fraud charges and cancelled the card. Instead of the hotel contacting me about it they just cancelled my room!! No where when I made the reservation did it say they would charge my card the day before. And who doesn’t call the customer before they cancel your room? The concert is as a very popular one and there were no other rooms available in town. Luckily, they were able to give me our room back! I will never go back there again.

Breakfast was from 7-10. Went at 8 and more hot food, stopped by a little later and still nothing.

They were a great help Value

Very poor customer service. The hotel room is very low quality for the price.

Decent place to stay overnight on a road trip. Some things were a little old - carpet could use a good shampooing and the shower/tub was meh but otherwise nice and convenient location for passing thru.

Nice place

I liked that there was plenty of parking. I didn’t like that there were no scrambled eggs with breakfast.

Superb

The pool was nice however it was so very cold. The desk staff were friendly. The rooms were dirty the sheets were dingy. The smell of the cleaner that was used was equally offensive as the rooms smell.

Beds and pillows were comfy. Air conditioner was a little loud but not bad. Breakfast had lots of options, something for everyone also had gluten-free. Hot tub and pool were clean and the perfect temperature. No elevator so if that is an issue then make sure to let them know at booking. Great location for walking downtown to the tasting rooms.

The bathroom door in our room 210 was so loud opening and closing it woke you up in the middle of the night if you have other people or kids with you and they use the bathroom.. The food wasn't good and the bacon was so crispy it wasn't necessarily burnt but it disintegrated when taking a bite. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was so watered down. The milk was expired it was the 7th and the milk expired on the 5th of Aug.. the staff at the front desk seemed ok.( Guy) He seemed to be on his phone every time I went down by the front desk. Sorry but wearing a hat backwards and pants a little below the waist like sagging isn't a great look for the hotel The pool was kinda smallish. But the kids still had fun the I seem to not be able to find the shit off button lol

Disappointing

Quiet and comfortable

The pool and hot tub were the main reason we picked the hotel. Both were open and clean but the chlorine content was a bit extreme and the towels provided were basically hand towel sized. Room was fairly clean, but had a heavy, musty smell. The fan/AC was very loud, the mattress was old and painful. There was a stain on the bedding that had been washed and dried, but left mark just the same. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast had some variety, but subpar even for hotels.

The front desk clerk was friendly, answered several questions and recommended a place nearby to eat that was great. We got breakfast, I enjoyed the indoor pool, it was walkable to the downtown area and reasonably priced.

I had booked via expedia. The hotel did not honour the booking. Awful experience, they never fixed the issue.

Was clean and good helpful service nice pool and good location

We arrived 30 minutes before 3pm check-in and the guy told us we could pay $25 early check-in fee or wait until 3pm. The room was ready. We had traveled a long day in the car and it was just 30 minutes. Not great customer service. When we got into the room it smelled like smoke even though we had asked for non-smoking room.
