Comfort Suites near Robins Air Force Base

We arrived m were charged extra money. I was told to call back to speak to a manager but no one is answering the phone. I will be disputing the charges.

Overall the stay was ok!!! The staff were excellent and professional. The whole hotel overall had a very extreme stench of marijuana so that was not the best. I booked this room online and paid online to also get to property and be charged an additional $150 bucks for incidentals which I didn’t like but maybe that’s the policy. Overall for the area I would say it’s better than other options.

The staff was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was better than I expected, and included in our stay. I didnt get to use the pool or the gym, but they looked really nice. I will definitely stay there again

I did not like the property at all. I found random pills in my bedroom floor of where I slept and candy that was left on the floor that was not clean. The blankets were dirty and I would like a refund.

The cable signal was poor and the TV pixled out occasionally The room was clean and the AC was cold. The breakfast was better than average.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice and helpful, with the exception of the night manager. Breakfast was good and the parking was good

Very quiet place and very conveniently located for shopping and eating. Right off main hwy thru town

This hotel could use a refresh. The rooms are showing age and the blackout curtains were too short so didn’t really work. You could hear sounds through the walls and door. They advertise the breakfast like it was fantastic but the hot foods were all cold even when freshly brought out. Barely adequate. Not worth the money

I was also told to contact Expedia for a refund. Additionally, the booking stated that I would not be charged until check in. Since I was never checked in, I expected that no payment would be processed. After I left the property, I discovered that my card had been charged anyway. I was shocked to find out that I had apparently been checked in after I had already left, even though I had been told I could not stay without paying the deposit. I never received a room, never got a key, and never stayed at the hotel, yet I was still charged. The company I booked through contacted the hotel and the General Manager refused to give me a refund. If this is how guests are treated, it’s unacceptable. If a guest is denied check in, they should not be checked in afterward and charged for a stay they never had. I hope management investigates what happened because this experience was extremely frustrating and unfair.

Room was great got a very good night sleep. Would lkke to see the check in stream lined . Overall stay was good

Enjoyed nearly all of the stay at this location. Only issue was the door lock on our room. It took a bit of handle wiggle and jiggle to get in and out of the room. The gazebo, pool, breakfast area, etc. were beautiful. Overall, a great stay, perfect for visitors to the base!

Great place

I Wanted to cancel but they wouldnt give me a refund. So i still toke my trip due to i couldn't get a refund. So when i arrived they never asigned me a room and they were at full capacity. I waited for a hour for them to figure out how they could get me in a room.

The hotel is dated/old need upgrades bad. The worst for me was the smell the carpet smelled awful. It needs to be removed & replaced with another material like ceramic tile, something that cannot hold onto smells & odor. There needs to be a 2nd waffle maker as every one, young & old enjoys them took too long waiting. Thank You

This property needs some TLC. Toilet had a non matching lid, so it sat incorrectly. Bathroom floor had a divot in the tile. Renovated handicapped shower looked bad cosmetically. Not a functional problem but unsightly. The mini kitchen was just a few small appliances hidden in a closet, and if you opened the door to access, no one could get by to get to the bathroom. The coffee maker needs cleaning, it put deposits in the water when we boiled water for tea. Front desk seemed annoyed by simple requests including just the check in process. Breakfast was okay, a bit more limited than we are used to. Kids said the waffles were bitter. Pull out sofa bed mattress was very dated looking and thin. The other beds were fine. Quietness of the room was good. No problem with the AC unit. Housekeeping guy I met was friendly. I didn't use the pool but I looked at it and it looked clean. If I had paid $70/night I probably wouldn't complain about these issues, but I paid $187.85. I expect a clean, updated room with nothing broken or outdated for that price.

Our stay was very nice. We were in town for graduation. We were able to rest well in a safe clean environment.
