The hotel is dirty. The staff does not clean the common areas the hallways the stairways the elevators. The girl at check-in is not very friendly. You say good morning. She says nothing you say how are you doing today? She says nothing.

Inside pool was freezing cold. Could not get in. I asked to cancel last day and was given the run around. They finally agreed. They charged 120.00 for one day but give me credit for 13 dollars. I don’t think that is very fair

Very good bed and AC, breakfast.. Shower curtain much more pleasant smelling than rm 308, but toilet had a soil ring in rm 306.

housekeeping knocks at 9. check out is 11. rooms that have been checked out can be cleaned. annoying being interrupted while packing

The AC and bed were comfortable .

Rooms very comfortable and very clean. Sticky floor in the elevator and large carpet stain in hallway in front of my room. Also, luggage cart had mud or chocolate on the carpeted part. No complimentary cookies which would be fine except they left the empty cookie display there all weekend to remind us of what we missed.

Location Everything! Cleanliness, staff, breakfast. Very noisy people until about 4am. Water pressure sucked. Smelly room with horrible carpet, staff not knowledgeable on how to handle complaints.

Bed was comfy, convenient location staff was short with me while checking in. WiFi kept going out. Something was taken from my room. People in room above me were very loud. Noticed some hair on shower wall
