The location was perfect for the venue I was attending for my uncle's surprise birthday party and church on Sunday. The TV had bad reception and viewing. I tried to watch Netflix...at times it just shut down from Netflix and the picture wasn't clear. If I'd stay another night, I would've requested a different room due to the TV issue.

The hotel was satisfactory, however the staff insists on parking at the entrance instead of a parking space.This makes it difficult when more than two customers arrive and want to enter the hotel.

We reserved a room with 2 queen sized beds. This was a trip for a volleyball tournament for my husband and teenage daughter. Th hotel changed our room without notification to a room with a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa. My husband ended up on the sleeper sofa. Don't stay here if you care about your sleeping accommodations because they do not. When he asked for the room that was booked, they couldn't help.

Hotel was nice. It’s better than other hotels I’ve stayed in the area! The warm cinnamon roll at breakfast was AMAZING.

Immediately after checking in, I found a dirty microwave plate sitting on the tv stand with food sitting next to it. Toilet had visible mold, and the shower hadn’t been fully cleaned as I spotted hair on the curtains. The tile in the bathroom shifted as you walk on them and the room had mix matched end tables. This location is not living up the Mariott brand expectations. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars above a 1 rating.

I checked in, got into my original room. The shower didn’t work. They could not get it repaired so they had to switch me to another room which meant that I had to pack up everything and move down the hall. I did not receive communication during this process from the front desk so I had to go down and find out what the plan was to take care of my issue.

Nice staff in a wonderful location. The rooms lacked necessities most people would need. No makeup remover, blow dryer. Very simple. The breakfast was ok. Ran out of grits, oatmeal was watered down, out of bananas.

Booked a double queen beds, 2 guys on a trip. Only had a king with pullout. Very frustrating after a late night check in & no other option available even when we paid extra for the 2 beds. Very disappointed
