I booked the room in the parking lot of the hotel. They didnt have my reservation. It was my fault because I booked the next day instead of that night. They would not refund my room. I literally had the room for less than 5 minutes. I bought the insurance protection on Expedia and Expedia said they spoke with Fairfield Inn and they would not refund it. I do not plan on ever staying at a Fairfield Inn or using Expedia for any of my travels in the future.

The location was perfect for the venue I was attending for my uncle's surprise birthday party and church on Sunday. The TV had bad reception and viewing. I tried to watch Netflix...at times it just shut down from Netflix and the picture wasn't clear. If I'd stay another night, I would've requested a different room due to the TV issue.

The hotel was satisfactory, however the staff insists on parking at the entrance instead of a parking space.This makes it difficult when more than two customers arrive and want to enter the hotel.
