Everyone was rude and disrespectful staff barging in through the doors spots all over the carpet and taking unnecessary fees. If this was the last place open I woulda slept in my car. DO NOT stay here save your money and go to the ac hotel.

It was a full studio apartment with a living room, dining room table, kitchen, and a separate bedroom with bath. It would be an excellent location if you’re spending more than one day in the area. I was utilizing the DC bike share program and there’s a docking station directly across the street.

Location was great and the neighbourhood was safe, clean and very accessible.

The room was spacious and had great kitchen. The bathroom was not cleaned well with dirt on floor and very bad water pressure. Excellent service, but there was also a hole in the sheets.

Clean and out of date and little stuffy. Not my style to take out my own trash.. so that was different. Seems overpriced but it is spacious.

I needed a last minute room for a visit to DC, and this venue fit the bill. Overall the room was nice, a little dated, but it worked. I travel a lot for work, I have never come across an early check-in fee. If the room is available, they allow me to get in the room. I arrived a few hours before check-in, but the room was ready. They charged me $50, just to enter the room. Can't say that has ever happened before, and I hope it's my last.

The room was very dirty. The sofa bed had black spots all over it. Kitchen sink had a funky smell coming from it whenever we turned on the water. Kids and I were getting dust allergies whenever we came back to the room. There was dust everywhere, especially the curtains, and the carpet looked dirty.

The location is good and within long walking distance to the sights. The room was dated, poor smell and kitchen from the 1980’s.

Spacious room, great staff and good location.

Felt like home away from home with all essentials and beds were comfortable , however they should renew the blinds in the living room since has broken pieces and carpet seems old with some holes in it .

Wrong positioning

Comfortable bed, lots of space and very friendly staff. I love that it is so close to Trader Joes! Hoped there would be a freezer with the mini fridge

It was in the perfect location for tourists, there was a outdoor area in the back which was great and it was locked/secure It needs to be updated- shower was worn down and rugs were looking a bit rough

Huge rooms and well appointed. Bathrooms were on but kitchen was large and had everything that you’d want. Bathroom was small and not modernized. Lobby was mediocre without bar or restaurant.

Great location, really nice facilities and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
