Nice to get fresh towels daily and room tidying up. Front desk staff helpful and polite. My only suggestion is clean up every morning outside the front door and all around front Litter and cigarette butts unsightly.

There are no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms have to go down to the lobby . Was there 3 days received no maid service had to empty my own trash luckily I had my own towels never again will I stay there charge 25 nights for parking and sometimes that was on the streets still charge

We were pleased with the improments made at this property since our last visit a year ago, The Carpets were clean, the rooms were improved, and even though one elevator was out one day, it was back in business the next day,

The walls in the room were dirty, the ac vent was broken. The beds were comfortable. (two double beds) However, they do not fit two adult comfortably. Staff was kind and courteous.

Bugs in my room, hair in the shower like it wasn’t even cleaned. None of the ice machines worked. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever. Terrible hotel!

The property is literally melting with wet spots on the ceiling. Room is updated but not cleaned properly. Pee spots on the toilet seats, mold in corners of the bathroom... really disturbing.

Good price for the proximity to downtown DC, but absolutely no frills. A single microwave and elevator for the whole building, no mini fridge in the rooms, no gym or pool, etc. $25 parking per day! I should've just splurged a little to get a better hotel.

Bed uncomfortable. Due to the area need to pay for parking and it's hard to find space to park.

This was a fair place to stay for a few days. There was no refrigerator in the room, and the elevator took way to long to arrive. I had to use the stairs over 50% of the time. I understand waiting a few minutes, but over 10 minutes is unacceptable..
