walkable area neighbors smoking weed all night and front desk said they aren’t going to do anything but charge them IF the room smells when they checkout.

The staff were very friendly. The front desk staff were good with information about getting to metro train. The building is out dated really needs a good terminal cleaning and some updates

Location The Receptionist who checked us in was very rude. I simply said we have two separate bookings and said it again in a few minutes. She gave me an angry look, upon asking why do you look upset, she said "I've heard you, you don't need to repeat". This behavior of a hotel staff was so disrespectful, have never encountered at any hotel in past. However, I have to be honest, next day the same lady was smiling while answering to my query. Mood swings, I suppose, but not professional...

The worst bed ever. I took off the protective mattress cover just to see if instead of a mattress I was sleeping on the spring and it was so dirty and awful I almost threw up. I will NEVER stay here again and I do NOT recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable close to Van Ness Metro No Breakfast

This hotel is not in good condition. Lukewarm water for shower, shower rod was loose at both connections, hole in the wall near headboard that I stuffed toilet paper in, the ceiling was painted popcorn ceiling, paint all over the windowsills. There was a gentleman sitting on the planter outside the hotel door smoking marijuana...not a good look for business. my stay was only two nights and I could not get out of there soon enough.. I will not rebook this hotel!
