Good location

Another solid stay. Enjoyed the happy hour and the breakfast every day. Location is perfect. Room was where I wanted it. Only issue was the lack of pool towels and the jets on the hot tub weren’t working,
-
Great rooms, breakfast was excellent. Cook to order eggs and the happy hour was a nice treat. Parking is expensive but a great neighbourhood.
-
Excellent place to stay.

Rooms were great. Happy hour was tiny and weak. Breakfast was awesome.

Al-in-all…disappointing.

The room rug had burns in it, the bathroom tub was ripped up and the shower nozzle had orange rust on it, you always had to flush the toilet twice just for it to fully flush down, and none of the phones in the room worked or the ones in the hallway by the elevators. I had reported these issues to the front desk and they were not able to move me to another room. Instead they said they would have maintenance to come up and check out the toilet and shower nozzle. Maintenance never came the entire 4 days I stayed there and I reminded them of the same issues daily (new desk attendant each day) but still no change to the room or fixes to the bathroom amenities. In the end I was only compensated two nights of parking ($70) off my total bill. The hotel overall is a bit outdated and sits inside of an old vacant business center and you can tell it has not been remodeled in a few years. I would not recommend staying here.

Location is great. Room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived nor during our stay. Breakfast and pool were good.

Breakfast was convenient. Hot tub and pool were nice.

We checked in & the hotel seemed very nice & clean. We had been outside all day in 97 degree heat & just wanted a shower. Went to our room and discovered the whole hotel had no hot water. Fine…sometime in the middle of the night we had another family walk into our room. They had gotten checked into our room & given keys!!! We checked out the next morning where the computer was down. They asked me to hand write my email address down for a receipt. I never got it & thought no big deal. Well they charged me for the one night $171 AND $1148. I have tried calling & have left messages & no one calls back. AWFUL MANAGEMENT!!! If you stay here make sure you get your receipt!!!

breakfast: the omelets were excellent,

The room size!!!

I generally like embassy suites but the staff at the reception desk at this site were not too helpful, they seem in a rush giving directions. Shampoo ran out in our bathroom on our second day.

Great room and staff

We love the location, the breakfast was good

We stayed here for 5 days during our vacation in DC. Nice hotel with attached parking garage. Awesome, free breakfast each morning and drinks at the free evening reception. Also has a Trader Joe's attached. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, including Whole Foods, Bloomingdale's, Target, and TJ Maxx. The Metro Station is also in the basement of the hotel. A++++++

The room was extremely messy when I arrived and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room that never went away during my stay, making it very uncomfortable. The service was equally disappointing. The staff was unhelpful, slow to respond to requests, and seemed uninterested in addressing guests’ concerns. Basic housekeeping was inconsistent, and overall the hotel felt poorly maintained.

Very friendly helpful front desk
