We tried to book massage sbires they don't keep people on staff, instead calling strong to a list of massage therapists asking if they want to come in for a client. Kind of strange in my opinion. The pool was OK, over chlorinated (cloudy and chemically smelling). The hot tub was not hot at all. The pool side bar closes at 5 for food and 6 for drinks... Inconvenient. The hotel could truly be beautiful, there is absolutely potential. But the longer we were there the more we saw the problems/issues.

Had an enjoyable stay here. Hotel was probably very grand back in the day, but was very clean, staff great. Beautiful gardens, lovely pool.

My family and I stayed Saturday-Monday and I could not be happier with the hotel and hotel staff! Jasper at the front desk was fantastic at check in and helpful with questions we had throughout our stay! The hotel is within close enough proximity to all of the places we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to all of our friends and family members! Thank you!!

We had a really wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the conference was great.

The room was spotless. Family friendly. The pool area was definitely the highlight of our stay. I felt like I was at a resort. Great area close to downtown. Train and bus about a block away.

The location was good, enjoyed proximity to the parklands and the zoo. The hotel was good except for the very loud A/C unit in the room. I would wake up several times at night when it turned on. The hotel can use a major renovation in the hallway carpets and A/C.

Beautiful grounds and helpful staff

Excellent location and lots of places for groups to gather. Rooms were clean, but very dated. Our room smelled like smoke.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Omni Hotel. We really enjoyed our time, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We paid about $500 for two nights, and while the stay was enjoyable, I wish parking had been included at no extra charge. It would also be nice if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast like many other hotels do. Overall, we had a great experience and made wonderful memories. Thank you!

There was food leftover in our fridge when we got to our room. Makes me wonder what else may have been missed when cleaning between guests. Hot water takes a very long time to get hot, but eventually does. Will definitely consider other options for the next stay especially at this price.

We only stayed her one night ( to break up the drive) as it was midway between our summer trip to the OBX and home. It was close to the zoo which we wanted to visit. The hotel is huge! Rooms are very large and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is old, but more interesting than the modern hotels. Food and atmosphere are great. Love its history. Of course, old buildings have some quirks. But, the beds are comfortable and everything feels like it has been well cleaned when you walk into the room. And the garden is beautiful.

Very vintage lobby and restaurant. Room was fine. Tub wouldn’t drain. Renovations going on. Typical old hotel.

I love this hotel. Its almost like a trip out of the country in the middle of DC. They were doing work on part of the hotel, which took away from some of its beauty. Nonetheless, the grounds were well kept. I didn't like my bed this time. It was very uncomfortable to sleep(too hard). The bathroom toilet kept running all night which wasnt great. There was an event there during my stay and the hall on the 5th floor was very loud at times. I think someone even banged my door at some point. There were a lot of kids and teenagers. I cannot blame the hotel for that, I understand they schedule events. They should however maintain the noise levels. The pool is always a great time. I would say that the staff in the pool spa area could be a little more welcoming. They seemed very disregarding at times. Check in was a breeze and staff were very helpful during check in and check out.

From the start, we had an exceptional stay. They were so friendly and accommodating. My daughter wants to go back ASAP haha. Our room had a slight smokey smell to it but thats not the fault of the hotel, probably the previous visitor. Other than that, no negatives! There was a large group of kids visiting for some event but the staff did their best to maintain the ambiance of the hotel bc the adults with the group were not controlling the rowdiness. It was still ok though due to the hotel's character itself and the exceptional staff. Can't wait to go back.

Didn’t appreciate how there was an extra fee in the property. The hotel should list there would be an extra $30 per day since it was booked through the third party. There was a voucher that could only be used from 4-9 PM which doesn’t make sense, it should be offered for the coffee shops etc amenities
