Fabulous stay close to metro and zoo! Plan to stay again.

My husband and I came to D.C. for our 11yr anniversary and decided to stay at the Omni. This place is not short of amazing, we were greeted by a friendly host Sedenia who answered all our questions. She was patient with us because we were so hot n jet lagged and reassured us to call front desk and as for her if we need anything ❤️. Our rm was cleaned and restocked every time we left to go sightseeing and a refreshing pitcher of water was placed in the lobby to greet us evey time we came back ❤️. Everyone that greeted us were professional and kind. Thanks Omni, we'll be back soon 🥰😘❤️

We chose this hotel based on its location to the national zoo and it was perfect! A quick 12 minute walk. There are also many restaurants within walking distance and it’s just a quick car ride to all the monuments. The hotel is charming and the grounds are beautiful.

Hotel is old and desperately needs an update.

Staff go above and beyond. I was upgraded to a deluxe Jing room with a balcony and windows overlooking Rock Creek Park. The pool is refreshing and clean and breakfast is delicious. I always stay at the Omni when in DC!

We had a wonderful stay!

Bathroom was so tiny I had to get in walking sideways So you could get past the sink Service at the restaurants was extremely slow, Very expensive hotel. Not worth it! Pool was nice!

Fantastic!

The property is absolutely beautiful!! The pool, the lobby area, the little children’s play area, and the grounds were immaculately kept. Our room was clean and well appointed for our stay as visitors to the city. Walking distance to a metro stop, the zoo and coffee shops and restaurants were yet another perk. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating as we asked for adjoining rooms with our family that was traveling with us.

You can’t find a better location if you’re going to the National Zoo. It’s a charming hotel in the perfect spot. We’ll come back to Omni Shorum every year.

A beautiful clean property with friendly staff

Everything was absolutely amazing every time we stayed. Fernando at the front desk is superb but they all were! Valet is top tier people, excellent service. Food was always delicious.

The rooms need updating and smell moist. The pool and park behind the property are beautiful but the pool water was cloudy and thus not maintained well. Staff is very helpful and friendly, though services such as room change or check in take a long time. Light in our closet kept turning off and on all night long and the ac is very loud. Very mixed experience, good value for the price though. They were also very courteous when we had to leave a day early because our daughter had gotten sick and did not charge us for the last night.

This was my 3rd time at this property. Will not be my last time. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful spacious hotel. Enjoyed the Saturday afternoon Tea Party in the main lobby.

Excellent amenities

The property is very beautiful. Check-in was very smooth. Michael was very nice. My room was very clean and the pool area very chill and nice.

When we got to the hotel we were told that there was none of the room we orderd and paid for, and give a different room with a smaller bed. It was very wierd cause we paid and reserved in advence and didnt get it when we arrived. Other than that it was nice stay.

We stayed two nights and only had one interaction with the front desk when we checked in. The gentleman was cold, not much of information provided.
