Staff was nice Had to Pay for parking, roaches in parking garage, toilet in room didn’t work, construction around hotel.

The hotel's location is very good. I was welcomed by Ozzy, who was very friendly and polite. As for the hotel, I have no complaints, except for a large group of Chinese guests who smoked inside the rooms, and unfortunately, the hotel did nothing to resolve it. Overall, I recommend the stay.

The staff was kind, understanding with our requests, and the hotel was overall good value for money It was somewhat cleaned but not up to standards in my opinion, e.g. some hair in the bathroom and ash in the window frame. Other thing connected to the last point: at some point it looked like someone was smoking in one of the nearby rooms - keep in mind that we were on the 7th floor so i couldn't have been on the ground, outside.

Ok

Bed curtains had stains, gym equipment was mostly down, down elevator, other elevator shook and had flickering lights and was loud, amenities claim microwave available and that is not true.
-
Check in staff was nice and helpful. There was no coffee maker or tea, just 2 bottle water, when i pay about $150+ for a night, i expect coffee maker, coffee, tea. Elevators are very poor condition, noisy, one was broken, one that was working was very noisy.

Exceptional

The hotel was lovely but we were unable to try the bar or restaurant because they closed early (by most hotel standards). The room was cute and well decorated but lacked adequate lighting. Tiny bathroom with awkwardly positioned toilet — literally had to contort to shut the door. Also, parking is not accessible and requires 1 flight of stairs to enter the lobby. All in, decent for a place to sleep for one night but would go elsewhere for longer stays.

Hotel is very nice, all though they charge 60 dollars to park in their garage. The Mexican restaurant is ok not great but ok, breakfast was excellent

The fees and staff were very unreasonable. They charged us extra for fees that we didn’t see in Expedia

Wonderful stay

The location is perfect for my stay. Downtown wasn't to far by car. The staff was very kind and friendly. It seems to rain alot during my stay, I forgot to bring an umbrella. I was hoping they had some for other guests including myself but I didn't have any other issue.

It was good property to stay

So glad I decided to stop driving back and forth for my conference and book a night at The Rendale! I popped into the lobby first, loved the vibe, and reserved a room right then. Everything about my stay was great—friendly service, ultra-clean and comfortable room, and fantastic morning coffee at the café. Plus, the location near Dupont Circle is ideal (and having a Mexican restaurant right on-site is a huge plus). Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely stay again!
