We were only in the room long enough to sleep for a few hours and the bed was fine, so I didn’t request a room change or cleaning. The hotel itself is old but also looked in need of some major renovations. The stay was ok, but I wouldn’t choose to go back. Not my idea of a 4-star hotel.

Was definitely a great stay. I have no complaints at all.

Our air conditioner was out during a historic heat wave. They did bring us a fan, but never go the AC fixed. Other than that it was a great property and trip.

My travel partner did not like that there was no vending machine for soft drinks. The reservation said we were to receive a complimentary bottle of wine but we did not. Wine was very expensive and one evening, the bartender had no corkscrew! There were not enough knobs or racks for towels used.

Price lead us to this hotel, but we were impressed with the esthetics of this historic hotel, and how clean and well maintained it is, the staff was friendly and helpful. You do have to go to the front desk for ice, and the usual vending machines are absent, but its comfortable clean and cozy. My only complaint is parking, which; is almost nonexistent.

Loved the late checkout!

The room was nice and clean. Luckily everyone keeped to themselves so it was a nice quite stay. There are lovely restaurants around and metro bus is walkable distance. Would recommend coming again.

Clean room, great staff, plenty food options near by including hotel restaurant, which was really good and convenient. Short drive to main monuments.

Friendly staff, no ice bucket, then when asked they gave it in a ziplock. Nice bed and bathroom. Clean room but air conditioning sucked. Very hot !

There is no extra water restaurant ruining

Clean room, convenient location

The staff was amazing z the hotel itself was awesome. However, the room that they gave me was poorly maintained. The chair has become detached from the material and you could see the inner lining of it. There were several cracks in the pain in the ceiling. There was a hole in the wall to the right of the TV stand. The shower had hair on the wall. There was a used napkin behind the little desk stand.
-
The service was good and would recommend anyone to use the hotel.
-
Clean hotel overall and really helpful staff, all the amenities you’d need. Would for sure stay here again!

Very helpful, friendly staff. Nice, smaller property that did not have the crush of people.

There was a great deal of construction outside the hotel, so a bit frustrating trying to get an uber, etc. Not super convenient to walk to places, but we did. Lots of cute restaurants and bars in the area. One of the elevators was broken the entire time we were there. I got the strong sense it has been broken for a long time. They did offer coffee near the front desk, but (and maybe this is just me), I found it super annoying there was either no garbage can or the small one they had was overflowing. This was 4 feet away from the front desk. I was also annoyed a bit that the day before our departure, I asked for a late check out. They told me I would have to check the morning of. I called first thing and they indicated they don't do that. Just say no on first contact and manage expectations. They did store our luggage for us, The room was very nice. Bed comfortable. Shower was nice. Room was large. Felt very safe. Did not eat/drink at the restaurant so can't comment.
