The only drawback was the distance to the nearest subway station.

Nothing to complain about. Good experience - it is what it claims to be.

I went on a family trip for a week and got the deluxe studio. It had 4 beds and lots of space. It has no parking, so be prepared to pay for parking across the street if you take a car. This is also a hostel so if you don’t need a full room you can get a bed. The staff that helped me was great. I recommend.

Second time I’ve stayed and I would again. Clean, convenient, and welcoming.

Really loved our stay! The room is tiny, more like European space, but they use the space well to cover all the bases and provide amenities - ours even had a folding chair and table if we needed it. Shared fridge and dishwasher, coffee, ice, filtered water, etc. Fantastic location; The neighborhood is so vibrant and has amazing food, all very walkable. Parking is always an issue in DC and the garage across the street is very convenient (but be warned, if you need to actually use your car for anything, you’ll end up paying $44 or more per day). Hotel staff very helpful about various street parking rules if you go that route. Definitely would stay again!

Quite nice but only one washer and dryer for a very large hostel. And there are no directions on the washer to tell people that the normal cycle takes ~90 minutes, while delicate cycle only ~40 minutes. Easy fix.

Great area! Very clean, helpful staff, amazing coffee & tea! You have everything you need. Naz was the best! Very sweet & gave us fantastic recommendations. Andy’s pizza & Madams Organ were excellent. Walk to metro at DuPont circle was better than other metro stop. Uber was easy as well. Loved it!

This hotel is in Adams Morgan and is walkable to restaurants bars and pharmacies. There's even a farmers market on the weekend. Staff was nice and our room was comfortable. I didn't hear any other guests. They had toiletries available in the lobby with an array of tea to choose from. Coffee was always available. There could be a little update to the room seating such as a small rather than a folding chair to improve the decor in the queen room. The toilet could've also been cleaner and the toilet bowl cleaner brush and holder were stained. There was a vending machine available and ironing supplies were in the lobby. It was good for a short stay. Parking wasn't ideal but we found steer parking.

Loved the space; the location is in a fantastic diverse neighborhood, and the staff was SO kind and helpful! I had a private room, but there is also a hostel set up with a ton of shared spaces. It was really interesting and perfect for my solo trip.

Was looking for an affordable stay near downtown DC. It is a walk but wasn’t crazy far away took me about 40 mins to walk to White House. Plenty of public space l , small room but I knew that going in. If I had to stay in DC would book again. Great for solo and younger crowd.

Great location, quaint town with great atmosphere. Enjoyed front patios and the rooms were spotless! Staff was friendly and helpful! Great week of memories!

We needed some help w thae air conditioner. NAZZ came over at midnight and got us squared away. Very friendly and stayed to make sure that it was working. A light switch was also going crazy and it was fixed within 15 mins. I highly recommend.

Really appreciated how clean, quiet, and cool my room was. It was over 100 Fahrenheit every day of my visit, and just being outside, walking around was exhausting. A cool, quiet afternoon nap was just what I needed.

Everything was perfect. Safe location in a vibrant neighborhood (Adams Morgan) and if you are a walker, you can get just about anywhere in DC in under a 2-or-so-mile walk.
-
A pleasant experience at the price point! As someone who wanted to maximize their time outside, I felt very comfortable coming back to the room at the end of the night and relaxing. The room was just enough for myself and my sister to have room for our bags, and it was very clean. I would even consider returning to this property as a solo traveler for one of their pods given that we only saw that main building during the checkout and storage of our bags.
