We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. The room was so clean and everything we needed. The staff was so nice. We appreciated Max helping us. We highly recommend staying here!

Really clean and comfortable stay. Bed was cozy and fresh. Bathroom had lots of space. Lobby was inviting and had lots of amenities to offer. Front desk staff were very welcoming as well :)

This place is excellent! It is the second time I stayed there. Clean room, great staff and low priced.

It's a new concept of a hotel as a commune of individuals - a new age of hotels IMHO. It is drawing dwellers to a common public space, a type of a hip urban coffee shop with cozy coaches, decor, tables and chairs; with a view of a street; and a free, not-so- bad, coffee. I welcome this change: my room was very small, but enough for me, and a price was very welcome (a credit to the management). I have done all my work in a public space, just outside of my room door. The shower was very nice with two heads - a rain shower, and an adjustable (alas, finally America gets it)) head, it was amazing to soak in after being soaked in a rain, bed is comfortable enough... And the location is hard to beat! All in all, I give it five stars!

The room itself was really nice different but nice. We were in a separate building across the street, but it was sufficient for an overnight day. It definitely would not be my choice for a long weekend getaway but maybe for someone young who’s gonna be hanging out and doing a lot and only need space for Sleep it will be perfect

Great staff; small room; walkable area,

The only downfall was parking. We got to the area at 12pm Sunday used the parking lot just down the road, and we left at 7am Monday, and parking was 56.00

This facility may be ok for ages 18-34, but for anyone 35 and older, continue to look on. This is NOT an upscale high-end hotel.

Bedding is fantastic. 10 Rats and rat turds on the back patio off my room. -1

Be aware it’s a long walk from DuPont Cir or Columbia Hts. Great hotel for the price. I would stay here again.

This place was a gem. Loved the vibes, aesthetic, and convenience.

Had a great stay in a private single room, it was more spacious than expected, nice bathroom, great location, walking distance from many things, and even when it was loud on the street at night the inside was quiet which was appreciated. Easy and smooth check in and out. Vending machine was out of order which was unfortunate when a bottle of water was needed one night but it was ok.

My room was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Suited my needs perfectly.

The tea and coffee was great! Danny was so very helpful, cordial, hospitable, knowledgeable and efficient above n beyond his duties..Loved the location, felt safe n enjoyed people. Easy access to restaurants n buses. It was quite far to Lincoln Memorial n National Mall..Not close to DC Metro.

The room is very clean. I was staying in the annex, but it’s more of Hostel then a hotel. I was sick so needed to enter my room a little earlier than the 4 PM check-in and my initial interaction with the person at the front desk was very poor, but the other woman was ultimately helpful and let me in after I waited about an hour. The front desk is in another building and I think it qualifies as one of the shabbiest places I’ve ever stayed in my adult life. And this place is 15 to 20 minutes away from the nearest Metro stop. It’s equidistant to Woodley Park and Dupont Circle. Most of the things I had to do were on the red line and I wind up walking several times up the hill from Dupont Circle. I was exhausted and I didn’t like the neighborhood at all. I’m not a young person so it didn’t work out for me at all. I really won’t stay there again.
