There was no mini-fridge or cooler in the room whatsoever. Bathroom was very small. Parking very expensive daily.

No breakfast options

The entire hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly.

The parking was not covered by the original price of the room. The breakfast was not included as part of the room as it was stated on the Expedia website. And it was not told to me at the registration by the front desk that these items for which I was expected to be included were not included and I had to pay $58.00 for parking and $38.00 per person for breakfast. This should be more clear for the customers so we can make a better decision on where we want to spend our night in the hotel. Not satisfied at all.

Room wasn't the cleanest. Found the previous guests socks in the closet and what looked to be grapes on the floor around the nightstand. We booked a king bed, but when they got there, they informed us that there were no more rooms with a King bed and put us in a room with two full sized beds. They offered breakfast and late checkout for the inconvenience.

Great experience overall

It wasn't for resturant lady we didn't no it was best to take a lift night check in didn't explain so we end up missing appointment and a bomb ride to dc we rode around 1 hour looking for park next time we want stay just go there early sleep and car to open

Fantastic staff. Wonderful gym and pool. Room more than adequate. Restaurant , bar and café were well managed. Within 15 minutes walk to Metro. I would stay here again and again.

The property was very large and we loved the different food options that were available

Great location. The room was clean. I’ll be at very small, but the air-conditioning was quite loud.

Staff was very helpful and amenities were great, rooms need a little upgrading.

Awesome

The room appeared to be cleaned and we did have a restful night. However in the morning we noticed red sticky stains on the comforter that was not evident the night before. I mentioned this to the hotel staff upon check out and nothing was done to make me feel better or make up for this inconvenience. Very disappointed.

Staff at the Washington Hilton were top notch! Very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come back.

I booked two rooms, one was fine, the other had make up on sheets and towels, rug had french fries under bed area and not vacuumed. We arrived late and didn't mention until late the next day. Hotel only offered me a cert for coffee or drink. Hotel has trash left around from other guests.
