After driving through a storm, our arrival was meet with kindness and patience. Luna was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

I stayed here for a convention, but I would not return for vacation

Great view, pretty quiet inside the room, room was clean and great for an overnight stay. They was a gaming conference going on. I feel it should have been advertised so I knew before booking. Parking was not available since they were so booked they only have 1 lot so you have to keep circling around until you find parking. We ended up having to park at another lot and pay. They were had to move it since the lot doesn’t allow overnight parking and had to pay again at the hotel when we finally found a spot. People were creating their ‘own parking spots’ very crowded and loud which didn’t make it too enjoyable when in the actual hotel lobby area Tried to sit at the bar but over crowded, sat at a table and no one ever came so we left back to the hotel room. I feel it should have been advertised then we’d know if would be busier and more crowded.

This hotel allowed loud outdoor events that ran past 10 PM, and the TV constantly malfunctioned. STAY AWAY!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was perfect. We will definitely be staying again.

I was there for an event at the hotel. Restaurant and convenience store were just what I needed. The only thing that was less than perfect was a noisy air handler in the room, 5126. Woke me up repeatedly throughout the night. If I’d been in town for a longer stay, I would’ve complained but I figured you were fully booked and changing rooms would have been a hassle,

Location and free all you can eat breakfast. Bar and restaurants could’ve stayed open later

Location and how it was easy to get to They charged a resort fee. The food was overpriced and the portion was small. The room was small and the AC was set on Antarctica with no physical way to control without calling the front desk. Parking was a nightmare, this was just another unnecessary charge. These fees were not disclosed until checking in and after being on the road for 6-8 hours you just don’t have the time or energy to argue and by then the cancellation becomes almost impossible
