The room appeared to be cleaned and we did have a restful night. However in the morning we noticed red sticky stains on the comforter that was not evident the night before. I mentioned this to the hotel staff upon check out and nothing was done to make me feel better or make up for this inconvenience. Very disappointed.

I booked two rooms, one was fine, the other had make up on sheets and towels, rug had french fries under bed area and not vacuumed. We arrived late and didn't mention until late the next day. Hotel only offered me a cert for coffee or drink. Hotel has trash left around from other guests.

A great staff, very helpful

Bathroom sink faucet water pressure was terrible, can barely wash. Shower pressure was marginally better. Bathroom in the lobby was also in the similar situation.

Great Hilton hotel

$25 use or lose benefit was advised but it was unclear how it worked $200 deposit was taken but as its a daily allowance putting breakfast and dinner on the room triggered a card rejection and my bank advise suspicious activity . again this caused me issues Making the process of getting on the internet should be simple and not have to go through extensive screens and taking ages

The hotel staff was excellent. Friendly and quick to help when asked. My only issue is with the restaurants and bar. The bar told us on Friday that they'd open at 3:00, then said 4:00. Only after I and several other guests complained did they open the bar. Once there, I tried to order a "Match Day" drink special, only to be told that it wasn't available despite it being an actual match day and the drink being prominently promoted on at least two large placards. In both of the restaurants and the bar, the service was very, very slow. 20ish minutes to take our order, and 45 minutes to get our food. In talking with my family about it, we felt that both the drink issue and the slowness of service were due to poor training. Again, however, the staff of the hotel proper were awesome. From the check-in/check-out folks to the concierge, bell captains, security staff, and cleaning team, all were great.

We stayed here when we went to the UFC Freedom 250. The property was clean, the food in the restaurants was great. I have no complaints at all!!
-
Only thing needed was maybe a mini fridge
-
-limited parking with no real solution besides leaving your car in a garage that’s 10-15 minutes away and they close around 12 so I spent an additional 35-40 minutes finding a park on the street
-
All of it. Everything all good
-
Hotel was clean -ice machine wasn’t working but was able to get ice in another floor.
