Hyatt House Washington DC / Downtown / Convention Center

Breakfast menu is same everytime we visit hyatt, it be butter is the menu includes different cuisine too.

Parking wasn’t included despite stated otherwise, need to pay extra.

I did overnight. It’s an aesthetically pleasing hotel and the restaurant bar rooftop is so nice with a beautiful view. I have no complaints.

Front desk nice, but food was horrible the breakfast, even the you paid to stay in the hotel they charged you $62 per night and after final bill they also charged $22 for parking tax fee. Don't know if because DEMOC-RATS states. The air conditioner unit sounds like airplane very loud

Staff was excellent and friendly. Rooms were clean, roomy, and had everything we needed.

The atmosphere was upscale and quiet but not stuffy. It was a perfect retreat for our family of older, calmer kids. Breakfast was noteworthy with plenty of options and a beautiful dining area. Parking is convenient ($35/day in the garage downstairs) with easy access to the elevator. **handicapped-friendly** We did call housekeeping to wipe down the bathroom counter when we arrived. They were quick about remedying the situation and apologetic. All in all, this is a beautiful, safe, comfortable, family-friendly place to stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely nothing Double charged me $440 and I stayed one night. The customer service was horrible trying to rectify the situation. Ted hung up on me. This is the second time I’ve been to this hotel and both times I was double charged. Never again.

The Hyatt House is a perfect location for visiting major attractions in DC, such as the Washington Monument, National Harbor, and The Wharf. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and room service was offered daily. Furthermore, they served a free continental breakfast every morning. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The Hyatt House was ideally situated for accessing key attractions in DC, including the Washington Monument, Spy museum and the Smithsonian. The hotel staff were courteous and attentive, and room service was available every day. Additionally, they provided a complimentary continental breakfast each morning.
