Nothing They just want your money. All they care about

This is an older motel, parking right at the door to your room, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I needed a place to sleep for the night for work in the area and this location was perfect for what I was looking for. As mentioned this is an older motel that could use some renovation, but it was also one of the lowest nightly rates in town so I found it to be a good value for the money. If I find myself needing a room again in the Washington, NC area I would definitely stay here again.

It may have been because we reserved a non-smoking room - but the room should not have been let to anyone even if they had a burmese tiger to board with them. Hot water in tub would not turn off, shower curtain was ripped, towels did not look clean, cove base was falling off the wall, floors were dirty, outlet for TV was fried

Location Bed bugs eat me up in the room and property management act like they don't know what you're talking about I had to go to the hospital for treatment for bed bug bites all over my body

Mold in room , roaches , bad smell

The location was great for my work in the area. The motel was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The reservationion stated that there was a refrigerator in the room. There was not. I had medications with me which had to be refrigerated. I only picked this motel because it said there was a refrigerator in the room. I had completely unpacked my car when I noticed this, but was too tired to get another room. I was trying to fall asleep standing up.

Room damage,walls ,bath tub. Needs pest control. Night time roaches. Tons of Extra motel equipment left outside

Nothing I want my money back was not satisfied me and my wife couldn’t use the bathroom went threw to rooms sheets blankets was fifty please can y’all help me get my money back or another room paid to much for it it was the dirtiest room I ever got and I am a loyal member with yall bad weather tornado please I am begging yall for help

Doesn't get much worse than this. I'm surprised that Health and Safety hasn't shut it down.

Bathroom sink faucet was not secured to sink. Toilet rocked when sat down on it at floor. Ceiling in bathroom was in poor condition.

A good stay

Bed was comfortable Hole in the bathroom ceiling, insects, no towels, peeling paint, tripping hazard for bathroom entrance. Toilet was loose, bathroom fixture was loose

Convenient

Roaches couldn't provide me with washclothes ac dos not work in room roaches everywhere I will not be back

Look, I hate to leave a review that is less than complementary, but this poor lady manager has her work cut out for her to find reliable staff and a decent handyman. I am Assuming the current ownership/management is new to this property, As it dearly needs updating. While everyone on site was pleasant to me with a certain camaraderie, this is the only place I’ve ever stayed where I felt compelled to prop the only chair against the door, and removed everything from my car that I couldn’t afford to lose. Sorry for this review and maybe it can be a wake up call, but as they say facts is facts. I like to think I am fairly resilient, and I am compassionate to a fault, but when there’s not even an electric outlet in the bathroom, nor did the dingy microwave cable even reach the other wall outlet, I Think they’d have been better off, not to offer the room than to risk establishing a bad reputation. I wish them luck, hopefully they can get it together.

The service and the dirtiness

Housekeeper and maintenance help Desk service suck,the place had no rags or towels, roaches and big cockroaches inside room. Toilet system was backed up but they fix it.

Nothing. It was so disgusting I didn’t stay. Paid extra to rent another hotel at 2am because there was NO way I was staying there. Didn’t feel like fighting off the bugs for space to sleep and shower. Want a refund. This place was beyond horrible! Cockroaches overrunning the bathroom.
