During my shower bathroom lights went out. Had to get someone to fix it. When returning from breakfast I wasn't able to get into the room because the door batteries needed to be changed

The clerk that checked us in did not give us complete information on parking lot procedure. When leaving the lot we were not allowed the hotel discount. .

It was awesome

Parking was in a ramp across the street.

Nothing. Best Western cancelled my reservation overnight. When I got there I had to wait five minutes for front staff to show up. And I showed up around 8pm. They didn’t have my reservation and the location and quality was worse than in the pictures.

Breakfast had a nice variety…not just carbs A staff member entered the pool area (close to closing time) and seemed to purposefully stare at us to get us to leave. It made us uncomfortable. It wasn’t in line with the awesome experience we always have with staff at this hotel.

The breakfast was very good!

The particular room we stayed in was large in size which was very pleasing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which really helped from the long drive. The bathroom was really nice, comforting, and had that upscale feeling. It even had a ventilator fan which is unheard of in other hotels where we stay. The room had a really nice kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher even! The breakfast room in the main floor of the hotel was also very clean and large in size which was nice. The Front Desk attendants were very nice and helpful, too. This particular room had a door shared with the adjacent room to it and there was at least a 1" gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. This was concerning to me, since noise/conversations from this adjacent room could have easily been heard, if someone was staying in this adjacent room. Light from this adjacent room could easily be seen. The adjacent room door was locked which was comforting to know. Recommendation: Install a door bottom seal & sweep. The breakfast meal provided was below average compared to other hotels. No fault of the hotel, but trains could easily be heard late at night as there is a railtrack spur nearby the hotel. Running the wall AC/Heat fan constantly drowned out the noise somewhat. We arrived the evening of Memorial Day and none of the very limited restaurants near the hotel were open for business; however, just 5-10 minutes away there were some good restaurant selections near the shopping mall.

We were upgraded to a suite. Received (a requested) blanket for the bed. The breakfasts offered a variety of items - pancakes, waffles, eggs, pastries, apples, and either bacon, brisket and gravy or sausage, cereal, oatmeal.

The facility was nice. Enjoyed the sky walk from the parking garage. The coffee dispenser was the best part. Excellent cappuccino!! The confusion with the parking was our only issue. You have to take the ticket to them right away. If you leave you have to pay. We weren't told this at check in.

Beds were comfortable. Lots of food within walking distance. Hotel is secure.

Nice rooms .clean. Restaurant/bar on premises Towels were stained - one couldn’t be used. Washed not aware at any time of the $100 “incidental” charge. That was never mentioned anywhere until I checked in.
