Best Western Plus Waterville Grand Hotel

Great city and beautiful hotel. Upgrade to get the restaurant breakfast— terrific food!!

Easy access to interstate. Staff was friendly.

Great cooked breakfast..Great central location. This is the 5th year at this property..Great place to stay and a great pool indoor heated!

Then we noticed that the Housekeeping staff were throwing dirty/possibly wet linens,towels, sheets etc. on the hallway floor while cleaning rooms. My experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 100 bed Treatment Facility and Infection Control Officer taught me that bacteria can grow on the carpet and possibly some airborne issues are not ruled out. This is not acceptable in any Hotel or Hospital.

Outdoor was disgusting, indoor not better. As soon as you entered, hallways smelled wet or like something had died. Room was not cleaned well. Had to switch rooms after 1 day because after multiple requests to front desk our room had no working a/c. Multiple requests for towels as we were given 2 towels for a family of 4. Pool area was not great. Found multiple bugs in bathroom, and either leaking bathtub or toilet left floor wet. Only ate breakfast 1 day of trip-although no real complaint of food, not many options for breakfast.

The entire staff was Wonderful! (front desk, restaurant staff, cleaning staff), They all were very kind, helpful and were so nice to our special needs son! The food in the restaurant was delicious -breakfast and dinner! The room amenities were great (microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator) The only issue was it got noisy in the hall at night - most likely because the pool was on our floor. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this hotel!

The hotel was ok. I only needed a place to sleep and shower. I got that. I didn’t use any of the amenities except for the breakfast. The staff at the restaurant was great. Overall it was a good hotel.

Liked the restaurant for breakfast staff were very friendly however the accessibility room which we did not request we were provided the washroom needed upgrades such as no storage for you items had to use chair and a disabled person would have had difficulty using the shower facilities unable to reach control

I don't normally write reviews, but this place was really gross so I feel like I need to warn people. Our room was filthy. When we walked in, there was randomly a pair of safety glasses left on the table. Not sure what that was about. But then we noticed the desk chair was covered in a thick layer of dust/grime. Then I went to iron my shirt and there were like 5-6 empty white claws stacked behind the ironing board??? Finally, as I was getting into the shower the next morning, I saw 3 roaches on the bathroom floor. I will never ever stay here again.

Property is slightly dated but we enjoyed our stay. Everything was well-maintained and we really enjoyed the free breakfast and the pool.

Nice and quiet comfortable place.

This is a tired old hotel, but the room prices are very good. The rooms were clean and the location is right off the highway about 1 mile from downtown. Nothing to write home about but the price is right.

Clean property, decent gym, friendly staff

THE POOL GIRL WITH THE DARK HAIR AND "COLORFUL" TEETH WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. NOT SURE HER NAME. YOU DONT NEED TO TELL A 5 YEAR OLD SHE WILL KICK HIM OUT IF CAUGHT RUNNING AS A "HELLO". TERRIBLE

We turned around and left 15 minutes after arriving! The place was a dump!
