Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterville - North by IHG

The room was clean. The bathroom updated. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was there that you could possibly want. The attendant for breakfast kept all foods well stocked and the counters were clean. Air conditioning was perfect.

great....lots of choices Re: confirmation # 5712098784 at Waterville Holiday Inn and Suites for Wednesday, September 30, 2026 Booking.com booked 2 rooms for a one night stay. I booked only ONE room and have confirmed paperwork as proof. The hotel acknowledged the error and charged me for only one room. However booking .com has not acknowledged this. I refuse to pay for an extra room when it was THEIR ERROR . Please let me know this can be resolved shortly and send me an email confirming this. I have used booking.com throughout this holiday but this is making me think not to use it in the future nor recommend it.

Great location, clean and good service.

Stay for family weekend at Colby, easy and convenient! Rooms were clean, bathroom was roomie, mini fridge was convenient! Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was basic hotel hot food, but kept fresh, coffee was good!

The hotel was perfect for our stay. Everything you need is nearby, including restaurants, fast-food options, gas stations, and Walmart. Breakfast is included, there is plenty of parking, and the hotel also has a pool. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was definitely the highlight for me. I would absolutely stay here again.

The complementary breakfast was excellent as was the staff. We appreciated their having a washer and dryer to use. There didn’t seem to be any sites worth visiting in Waterville as the Remington Mansion/historical society was only open on Fridays.

From the instant we walked in the door we were pleasantly greeted, reservation confirmed, and we were on our way to our incredibly clean room, with furnishings well appointed, more than ample room for our possessions, cold refrigerator, comfortable bed, bath with plenty of counter space…all to make our stay unbelievable!!! Can’t forget the wonderful breakfast. Never had such a multitude of choices in any other location we have stayed. Thank you and your staff for going above and beyond. Definitely a 5++ !!!

Updated room with new carpet. Staff was helpful when our TV wouldn’t work. Ceilings were low.

The check-in was easy and helpful. Location was quiet and safe. Breakfast had a good selection. Our room was clean. Check out was easy. We stayed 3 nights and would return.

I didn't care that the room was on the basement floor and even know we were at the end of the hallway we could hear people coming and going, and doors shutting, otherwise than that the room looked just like pictured, and was clean, comfortable. we were facing McDonalds parking lot and had to listen to cars parking and driving though their drive through

Restful overnight.

Staff and amenities were excellent. The breakfast was good quality especially the pancake maker

The Toilet was plugged Sunday morning and thought they would see it when they cleaned the room . They don’t clean on Sunday . When i called Sunday night they said they had a plunger at the front desk that i could come and get . Basically was told we plugged it we should fix it . It never did flush right . Then they wanted me to return it to the desk . We also had a fire alarm malfunction at midnight and ended up standing in the parking lot in the rain which i understand but no apology or explanation was ever offered .
