I loved our cozy room and the toiletries provided. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. My 6-year-old enjoyed the pool so much. The front desk staff were kind enough to allow us a late checkout so my daughter could spend more time having fun in the pool.

I booked a double room. When I checked in I was told I was being upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. When I went to the room they assigned and as far as I’m concerned it was not a suite. It was the room I booked a double. If that was a suite I hate to see what a regular double room is.

Nice hot tub. I was pleasantly surprised by this property. Only 2 star but quite nice. The breakfast was grab and go but plenty of options.

The room was perfect and the staff was great. My son is autistic and had a little trouble adjusting at first, but he settled in nicely and slept like a rock. Breakfast was great and I was allowed to toast the bagels we brought (because its all my son eats). Honestly about the hotel, nothing could have been better or easier. Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the shower was top notch. I wish Waterville would step its game up a little as far as stuff for kids to do (I grew up here so that's part for the course) but that's not on the Hotel.

The suites are spacious and comfortable. I have stayed here before, but this was my first time in one of the newly renovated rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and attention to detail. The complimentary breakfast is continental style and includes items such as breakfast bars, donuts, oranges, apples, coffee, and juice. While it is fairly simple, I appreciated that they provide bags so guests can conveniently take items to go. One added convenience is that Governors Restaurant is connected to the hotel, making it easy to enjoy a full breakfast or meal without leaving the property. It would be a nice touch if the hotel offered guests a discount coupon for the restaurant. The pool is located outdoors. We did not use it during this visit, and since it was under construction the last time we stayed, I am not sure whether it is currently open and operating. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and were impressed with the renovations. We would definitely return in the future.

a delay checking in. first room sink would not drain. second room load noises upstairs and dog barking down the hallway. they do not guarantee noise free rooms, no kidding. better rooms in this city. the attached food place is great.

Seems as if they’re working to renovate. Hot tub was an actual hot tub and HOT. Pool was warm, breakfast was grab and go but a lot of options including pancakes and breakfast sandwiches. Staff was great.

Super convenient location (but not in any way picturesque) because it’s right off the highway. Attached restaurant is good and homey. Close to grocery store. This hotel is super clean and the beds and furniture were all comfortable. Plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Hallway was a little noisy at night but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

The site was clean and the room was easily accessible. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. There's a nice restaurant attached with good food and very reasonable prices. We will stay here again.

The entire hotel smells of mildew. The carpets are gross. I kept my sandals on while in the room. The bed was comfortable and clean, but I would not return. I don't understand how this scores 88.
