The room was clean except for the furniture. It needs cleaning! The couch is not comfortable for sitting. Not much noise insulation from the hall way or from the traffic outside.

They booked us in a suite where the hide a bed was strapped down and broken. Brought a airmattress up that didnt hold air through the night we eneded up on the floor when we woke up. Im not one to complain. Thats why they got a decent review from me. But I will neber go back it was problem after problem on night 1. Night 2 wasnt as bad. As we got moved to a different room. But that meant repacking 2 kids 4 adults into another room. Not something I like to do when relaxing visiting family. Staff was nice place was clean. But I will never go back.

Only things that could have been improved were design of the room where split area glass for sitting area from sleeping area allowed light to shine on sleeping area (better if it were something more solid to hide light from shining on sleeping area) and noisy a/c unit that was necessary at night due to heat. See above

it was great. They had breakfast dinner and even cookies at night and a nice swimming pool for our kids to play in. Everything was clean and check-in was easy and smooth. There was nowhere to store the cushions from the sofa bed, so it made it kind of tight having four people in there.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was very clean from the parking lot,lobby, elevator, and the entire room. Smelled clean from the moment you walked into the lobby. Location was great! Close to stores and restaurants, didn't have to drive too long at all. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating was the limited selection of items for breakfast. Staff had complimentary cold soft drinks and snacks for our soccer players at our arrival. Will definitely stay here again!

Loved the room, very spacious. Pool was clean and the breakfast was good. Loved that they had nightly cookies and a small dinner option available (chili).

Toilet had stains - luckily, I travel with Clorox wipes. The phone was dirty. The desk and tv stand had not been wiped/dusted. The tv had something smeared on the screen. Disgusting. Thankfully we were only there for one night. I’m upset that I wasted my credit on this hotel. The only plus was the girl at the front desk was nice.
