SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wenatchee

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was very clean from the parking lot,lobby, elevator, and the entire room. Smelled clean from the moment you walked into the lobby. Location was great! Close to stores and restaurants, didn't have to drive too long at all. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating was the limited selection of items for breakfast. Staff had complimentary cold soft drinks and snacks for our soccer players at our arrival. Will definitely stay here again!

Loved the room, very spacious. Pool was clean and the breakfast was good. Loved that they had nightly cookies and a small dinner option available (chili).

The cookies were a nice touch and the breakfast was great! I'd defiantly stay here again for the next family get together!

Toilet had stains - luckily, I travel with Clorox wipes. The phone was dirty. The desk and tv stand had not been wiped/dusted. The tv had something smeared on the screen. Disgusting. Thankfully we were only there for one night. I’m upset that I wasted my credit on this hotel. The only plus was the girl at the front desk was nice.

The hotel is aging so it is naturally showing a few signs of wear and tear. Our room was clean and convenient to the elevator and ice machine, the breakfast buffet was good and well stocked, and the warm chocolate chip cookies were excellent.

The hotel location is near to most activities.

Bathroom door broken and wouldn't close. Room phone didn't work. Shower moldy. Pool dirty. Hot tub broken. No maintenance on the weekend. Promised 10k in Marriott points but none given.

The hotel conditions very good. The room is spacious enough and everything works fine. Not to mention clean and no need to stuck your room card for electricity! All the staff are nicely especially friendly front desk people. Definitely will book again when visiting the town!

Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Quick check in and check out. Loved how we can use the grill outside the hotel. We had a good time.

Good hotel and breakfast. But the lines were long for breakfast every morning so it took a lot more time than expected to get through. Kids enjoyed the pool especially the little ring of water so that was fun.

First, the front desk staff when responsive and made us feel very welcome! (We were also the guest of the week & gave us snacks for our room!) Second, our room was constantly cleaned and had everything we needed. Next, I appreciated the adult only times after 9pm in the pool and hot tub! The gym was also very well stocked, except we couldn't get the tvs to work. Lastly, the food accommodations and clean up/stocking staff was excellent! Loved there were fresh cookies every night and plenty of food for breakfast time every day. Every time something spilled or was empty, they were on it! They even kept the breakfast fully stocked till right at the end of the time (not letting it dwindle for the late waking guests to not have anything to choose from). They also had a dinner option Mon-Wed, but we really weren't at the hotel at that time to partake, but its so great that it's available! Thank you again for a great stay!

I loved the staff. Everyone was very nice. We were there on a family fishing trip and they were kind enough to keep our fish in the freezer. We did have to ask for towels every day since they couldn't seem to give us enough for everyone to have 1. The pool was nice and the hot tub was big. The ring raining down water in the pool was cool. They said no kids after 9pm in pool, but they do not enforce that. Breakfast was good most days. The first day, it wasn't. They were out of nearly everything and still had 30 minutes before the end of breakfast. I didn't know they had waffles until the next day. They were very good about extra blankets and pillows, but the beds were super hard and the pillows so soft your head sunk through to the bed. I would stay there again, but I'd bring my own pillow!

This place is great! The room was nice and spacious and it was nice that the half bath with the toilet was separate from the shower so two people could use both rooms at once. Comfy beds and very clean. The continental breakfast had a big spread (waffles, cereal, yogurt, sausage, eggs, oatmeal). We had a great stay!

This is my go-to hotel in Wenatchee whenever events bring me to this central Washington city. The hotel is conveniently located, easy to get to, and always a reliable commodity.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms and facility were very clean. Breakfast and snacks appreciated. Hot tub and pool were wonderful.

The air conditioner was very noisy. I'm thinking of a different hotel for next time.

Great hotel. Breakfast was good. Pool was great! The only issue is that there is hardly anyone ever at the front desk and they don’t have a bell for service so you just have to stand around until someone wanders out from the office. You can hear them back there chatting it up though so I guess you could also yell for them to come help…but who wants to do that? Anyway, I liked the hotel despite this minor inconvenience.
