Rooms needs to be cleaned deeply and with bleach

Room was clean but some repairs definitely needed. The closet doors did not slide (the left side was partly open when I arrived and didn't budge when I tried to close it; same for the other door.) TV remote probably needs a new battery -- several times I had to open the hatch and fiddle with the battery to make it work. I didn't really have any interaction with staff other than front desk (she did point me in the direction of a couple of eating options within walking distance, thanks!) Didn't use the gym or pool.

The room had some damage to the bathroom door and frame. The coffee maker was missing the part needed to hold the coffee pack, so was not able to make coffee.

Clean bed, clean shower, clogged sink, first room smelled like cigarettes, we were able to change rooms, no sauna, hot tub had so many chemicals there was a thick foam on top and our eyes were burning after 2 minutes. We will never be back. Highly do not recommend.

But every thing it’s good especially the stuff very friendly and helpful and the lady she’s serving the breakfast very friendly.

Pool is open 24/7. I've never been to any hotel that does that. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room we had was very clean and was more than we expected. I would love to stay here again.

The bathtubs could use a shower mat to prevent slips or falls. Extremely slippery and potentially dangerous. Grab bars are nice but don't quite do the trick.

Check-in was a breeze. I was impressed that the hot tub and the pool were open 24 hours. Breakfast looked pretty decent. The room was clean and what you would expect for a mid-level price.

The room on the first floor was dark and dank. It smelled like old cigarettes. The staff changed our room to the third floor immediately. Same room layout with a very comfortable king bed. Room was very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and polite. The only thing I would caution is that there are no elevators. So that could be hard for someone older. We would stay there again, just not on the first floor.

If I could give it zero starts I would. Do not believe the FAKE “good” reviews you read. The room was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting and falling apart and the other guests were loud, stoping around, jumping off the beds all night long. I finally fell asleep about 1am and was woken up throughout the night by all the noise. I tolls the front desk and they did nothing. Do not stay here! Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

Overall a great priority but be ware no elevator if you have a lot of luggage. Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful and nice. Thank you.
