A very good hotel comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, excellent breakfast, and plenty of parking spaces. The only suggestion I have is regarding the room: the carpet needs cleaning or washing, as it had a stale, strange odor. It is definitely worth it; good location and everything was in working order.

We stayed over a night when visiting Leavenworth. Good location and price if you don’t want to pay Leavenworth rates for a single night. Overall it was clean and rooms were big. My kid enjoyed the indoor pool.

We had a great stay. Morgan was amazing! He provided a late check out for us without any additional fees, gave me extra towels, and change for the washer and dryer on the property which was an amenity that I didn’t knew I needed at the time.

The extra couch/sofa in our bedroom was very old and broken when doing the bed setup

Hotel front counter check-in staff was terrible. Sign on the counter said they were assisting other guests. I waited 15 minutes and finally called the hotel front desk. No answer. Then after I hung up I started to walk down the hallway to look for someone the desk clerk came out of the hotel staff-only room. Definitely wasn’t helping any other hotel guests.
