Comfort Suites Wenatchee Leavenworth

Clean hotel and rooms. The front desk staff were great. Great location specially if you have planned hikes around the area. Little additions like refreshing lemon flavored water near the dining area make a huge difference.

Close to other amenities

Very clean

Professional, attentive hospitality; comfortable facilities; a full range of nearby amenities; and ample, secure parking. What stood out most was the breakfast and the drinks provided.

Staff was friendly, check in and check out were fast and easy, room was very clean and nice not run down. Didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that

Great breakfast, clean room

Location is not that great .

Hotel is conveniently located for easy access to Wenatchee or East Wenatchee and close to WA-2 to Leavenworth. Extremely clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was standard fare. Great split bedroom/living room configuration. Bar soap and shower gel provided as well as a hair dryer. In order to access free Wi-Fi you need to either sign up for their rewards program or watch an advertisement. Frustrating given free access is the standard at most establishments.

Exceptional

Check in was easy, staff was nice, hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and all staff was very friendly Nothing

Exceptional

Clean room, comfortable bed, welcoming and helpful staff, many breakfast choices.

Was clea, but the room they gave me smelled like an ashtray, when I called the desk to tell them they offered room deodorant instead of moving me. And the evening meals or soups is non existent. I was told the new owners have stopped that service even though its advertised online. The breakfast is prepared the night before and microwaved. So was a bit disappointed. Stayed thete 2 yrs ago and it was great. Obviously things change with time, its more a workers hotel than anything. Wasn't the worst, but could be improved. The cigarette smell was the worst and I was told with all the weekly workers who come to town they have alot of issues with them smoking in the rooms.

RAN OUT OF COOKIES

The GM and staff are excellent. Prefect customer! All was great because of great staff!

Friendly staff. Easy to find location. Very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional

The room was nice except for brown spots on the duvet that I had to go down and get replaced since it looked like dried blood or feces. The staff were not very friendly. When we checked out they didn’t even ask about our stay just said “ are you checking out? Ok you’re good to go.” No apologies for dirty duvet when it was brought up either when we checked in. It was just very odd especially when you work hospitality and you go somewhere else and you can tell who’s just there for a paycheck and don’t really value the guest. The breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage links, muffins, waffles, biscuits and gravy.

It was so much Gratitude thank you
